Spring broke could not get car out of garage. Called Precision and they were able to send Paul out within 2 hours. POaul helped me get door open long enough to get car out so could function again. Door very old and instead or repair, Joe helped me choose a new door that will be installed 4 days. This is excellant service. I expect the install to be done ontime without incident.

Tom Paulus called in advance as requested and showed up on time. He was very professional and explained we needed an overhaul when all we expected was a spring repair. Tom explained Precision warranty and heavy duty components. Unfortunately our finances prohibit us from doing more that trying to replace these old springs.

Brad did a good job. I thought it was a very expensive replacement of two springs, however. I don't mind paying for good work and good service, but the price was very high. Brad came back on Saturday morning, just as he said he would do, we did agree that he would call us to confirm that he would come, and he did not do that. As I mentioned previously, however, Brad did a very good job. He was quick, and he was honest.

Unfortuently I cracked the stud and Jim wasn't able to help without taking a chance of the garage corner to fall. We will be calling you when repairs are made, so you can install a garage door. I had inadvertently closed the garage door and the only working opener was in my car, in the garage.This happened around the last week of November. It was 8:00 PM and I tried to open the door manually with no success. I called your company and they scheduled an appointment between 10:00 and 12:00.The on-call technician, Eric, called within a half hour and was on site by 9:00 PM. He worked for about a half hour to manually unlock with no success. I authorized him to cut a hole in a panel so we could hit the switch to open the door. This garage had no other means of entry (side door, window, attached to house). He took the information for the new panel and explained that when the door was installed originally, the manual release was installed to the frame of the door instead of the release mechanism. The panel came in about two weeks later and Eric came to do the installation. Unfortunately, the wrong panel had been ordered and the door was not fixed. Eric did install the new panel on Thursday and I no longer have to get out of the car to open and shut the door! The only disappointment was the length of time it took to install the panel. The technician was terrific: very polite and professional, always prompt and called when enroute. I do not know whether this happened by accident or deliberate - I think it was critical to your success that the same technician was on the job thru to completion. Prior to installation we were contacted to determine best date and time and you were always very accomodating. I would definately make referrals to you in the future and call you for additional assistance and purchase. Thank you for your assistance!

In scheduling my service appointment, I was given the name of the technician and emailed an appointment confirmation that provided his picture, bio and reviews from customers he had previously serviced. Knowing about Tom and his level of service was an added benefit min putting my mind at ease. On the day of my appointment, Tom gave me a courtesy call informing me of his estimated time arrival. Upon his arrival I was greeted pleasantly with a warm smile and a firm handshake. After evaluating what needed to be replaced Tom told me what options were available considering I had service rendered on the same garage door less than a year ago from a competing Company. Throughout the job, Tom displayed no sign of unease by my questions or watchful eyes upon him. Tom exceeded my expectations by lubing my garage door, adjusting the chain and operator of one door and not only did he service that door he took upon himself to inspect my other door. Wow, it was quite reassuring to have someone as competent and efficient as Tom providing service to my garage doors.

Tom did an excellent job of explaining my options. Whatever I decided on doing would be perfectly fine with him. I didn't feel pressured to purchase something I didn't need. Toms' main concern was getting my door fixed properly at an option that was acceptable to me. He completed the garage-door-rebuild in under 45 minutes just like he promised and left the garage the same as it was when he arrived. Tom is very professional and an asset to the company. I've already recommended Precision to my sister on the east-side and I'll continue to do so in the future.

I appreciate the prompt response to fixing my daughters garage door opener.I met with Tom since my daughter was moving back to Cleveland from Columbus due to a job transfer. With one days notice Tom actually showed up earlier than the appointment we had scheduled for that day. Within about one hour door was working well. I was desperate to get the garage door opened after work one evening. I had been having many issues with car and had just started a new job. Your technician - Eric, arrived early and proceeded to work. The manual release was incorrectly installed and we had no choice but to please a hole in the door to access by hand. Returning home after 10PM, I discovered a broken spring. I found Precision on line and called based upon positive reviews. Since my need was fairly urgent they changed their schedule and Brad arrived before 9AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem and made suggestions for optional use. He completed all with a very professional and timely manner. My only negative is the service and cost is very expensive. Had I known the price and not been in an urgent need, I would have shopped around.
