Upon arriving home from vacation, we realized our garage door wouldn't open. Both springs were broken. Our neighbor had Precision fix his garage door, so he gave us the number. Next day service was prompt and professional. Work done was completed in a timely manner. John Franks was our service guy and he explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the results. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Precision is always quick to get to my house when I have an issue. I’ve required a second visit from the tech to tweak something a couple of times. He comes promptly and addresses the issue. No complaints.

I will definitely use this company again. The first thing that really impressed me was the same day service. The second thing is the email I received telling me the name of the technician along with a link so I could see his face and read his bio. John was great. He was thorough, complete, efficient, and totally professional. He corrected the initial problem and them pointed out one safety issue (raveling cable) and explained the reason for the noise (new rollers would eliminate). Installation was quick. Door works great. Thank you

Feb 20th Bill Adamini was the rep sent out to our house to fix a broken cable & put a roller back on track. He was so professional & friendly. He explained what he was doing. My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!

It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. Our old opener was installed in 1995, so time for a new one as it was no longer working. The technician (John Frank) came out the next day after calling for service. After explaining the new opener features and cost, he said it would be 1 hour to install, and it was. Felt bad he had to work during this really cold spell we're having. Everything works fine, so quiet compared to the old one, also we're able to open the garage with our smartphones.

Our service technician was John Franks. He did an outstanding job of explaining the problem, and how he was going to solve the problem. He finished the job in a very workman like manner. At first I thought they were trying to up-sell me on additional parts. The tech took the time to show me the parts on my door that were worn out by comparing it to new parts. Glad he did. Door works great now and is whisper quiet. Also, appreciate the prompt response. Called at 1pm for broken spring, showed up at 3:30pm, all fixed by 5pm. Would recommend.
Thank you for your feedback Mr. Byrne. We encourage our technicians to get the customer involved in the repair process. We want educate our customer in how a properly functioning garage door should work and it is much easier to explain if we compare our quality parts to the old worn parts on the door. Our goal is to "fix your door right the first time" and for you to be 100% satisfied. We are pleased John was able to accomplish both.
