The operator bracket on my garage door separated from the door preventing it from opening. I called Precision Door Service and the issue was resolved the next morning! John was thorough in his inspection procedure, walked me through several repair options and was very meticulous in his repair; even pausing throughout the procedure to explain to me what he was doing. I am incredibly happy with the result and confident the service was done to the highest of standards. I honestly would not have expected this level of service (from start to finish) from a garage door service company. We will definitely be using them again; though I don't think we'll need to!

I was very pleased with the whole process. John Franks the technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. John installed the new opener and recommended we replace the rollers. I was very impressed on how he installed the new opener because we have a Screen Solutions he had to work around. We purchased the Liftmaster unit and couldn't be happier. Much quieter than Genie.Thanks again.

Technician (John) extremely polite and knowledgeable- Came out to repair a broken spring, went over some other issues that were going on and recommended some other repairs to avoid future repair calls.

5 stars! I have used Precision door for years and have always had good service. My service needs are addressed promptly. My technician this time was John. Very courteous and professional, which I think is especially important when you have someone coming to your home to work. John arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the job in a timely fashion, and provided excellent customer service, in general.
