I cannot say enough good things about Precision. Bill Adamini was amazing! I had to have a new garage door installed and Bill was educated, professional and never pushy. I felt extremely comfortable and confident that I made the right choice with having Precision and Bill handle the install. I was always made aware of arrival time, which is so helpful when working full time. I was able to meet Bill at my house, and have the install taken care of within 2 days of my first call. My new door looks fantastic. The work Bill performed is outstanding. He was organized, on top of his game, and cleaned up when the job was completed. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I can, and I will definitely use them again for any future situations. Needless to say I was impressed and my faith was restored in customer service, and affordable home repair. Job well done. Thank you!!

This is the second time I used your service. I was happy with the service the first time; and again, I was very happy this time too. Your tech was due between 8a-10am; he called me 8:13am and was here by 8:30am. He was professional and courteous and very polite. He got right to it and fixed the chain on the garage door opener. Then helped me reset my outdoor keypad. Again, excellent service provided, couldn't ask for better. I would recommend your company to others.

Great job................A company true to their ad in the phone book same day service. My garge door spring broke on a Sunday at 6 pm with me inside and not able to get out and Precision came to the rescue. And fixed the spring .

This company excels! Technician Jason was on time, informative, personal; he explained what problems I had (and those still developing) so I understood what was needed. Installation was impeccable; price was reasonable. This company is on Angie's List...and deserves to be. Every step of the process of getting service measures heads above any previous company I've used. In future, will go back to Precision and ask for Jason! The technician was quick to diagnose the problem with our opener. He presented his diagnosis to our home warranty company allowing us to receive reimbursement for the cost of the repair. We chose to apply this reimbursement toward the purchase of a new opener. The installation was done quickly and neatly. We received instructions on the use of the opener. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable.

The service technician (Bill) phoned thiry minutes before his arrival and arrived in thirty minutes. He arrived with the parts needed for the job (new door opener, parts to repair door and required tools) and completed the job in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable about all components and very customer friendly. He was one of the best service technicians that we have had during the forty years that we have lived in Shaker Hts. Precision was excellent overall: the website was excellent, the bios on the service technicians was outstanding, the product information was very useful and the service was unexpectedly good (contacted on Saturday afternoon and work commpleted on Sunday morning). [We called Action Door at the same time as Precision. Action scheduled us for a callback on Monday (today) -- needless to say, Action lost our business because the work is done!] We will recommend Precision to any of our friends and neighbors who need garage door service.

Sievers had installed and serviced the door, and I called them. My wife wanted to call you. I got to a voice mail at Sievers, and after 3 hrs. with no reply, I called you after 4 00 PM to make an appointment. and was surprised when it was done within 2 hours. After I suddenly couldn't open my garage door and my car was stuck inside I found your company on Angie's list. The website was informative and I was happy to get an appt very promptly. It was very nice to have just a two hour window for the appt and also to be called when the technician was running a little bit late. I appreciated the technician taking the time to explain to me the problem he found and the recommended repair. Bill was very nice and thoughtful and he and his trainee did a great job fixing the problem and ensuring things would continue to work smoothly with my garage doors.

Found your company through Angies List where I bought the Special for Roller Replacement and checkup. In the meantime, I discovered some issues with the remotes, and for long time was bothered by worn weather stripping. Called on a Sunday and was amazed to be able to book an appointment for service the next day! I really liked Bill Adamini: he taught me a lot that I didn't know about garage doors, openers, and remotes. Requested him to return to do the new weather stripping, and I couldn't be more pleased: all my problems are solved now.
