To my delight your service Advisor, Bill Adamini was very knowledgeable, very courteous and patient in explaining the entire process of installing a new liftmaster and rollers, lubricated the main springs and all other parts that needed attention. Heard about Precision on Angies List. Decided to go with Precision because they had a special for Angies List members. Service performed was the 'Garage Door Tune-up PLUS Roller Replacement'. WOW! I was absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism of the technician. Bill took the time to explain everything he did. We had used Precision to install a new opener about five years ago and were satisfied with the service we received. So we called again when we needed repairs to the keypad unit. We also replaced the springs which were about 17 years old. Anthony was friendly, courteous and acted in a professional manner.

Bill called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. When he got here, he fixed all he could so I could close the garage door. I agree that I needed a new one though. Excellent customer service. As a business owner I understand how important customer service is. I call on a Saturday at 10:00 AM and the Technician was out at my home at 3:30 PM. He explained to me all my options as the door spring was broken. He explained their pricing and by 5:45 the spring was replaced. I would recommend this company to any one who needs garage door repair or replaced.There was no extra cost for Saturday repair.

Knowledgable, prompt, hard working and friendly! Our technician, Bill, was excellent all around! Our garage door was broken. Bill fixed our door with a temporary clamp so I could "get by" for 2 weeks until the new door arrived. He did this without my order and did it to be nice and helpful.
