John Franks is a superb mechanic! We’ve had him here in the past and asked for him specifically for this trip. He solved our problem very quickly…. Because of an accident, the track on our garage door was bent. We thought that it would need to be replaced, but John bent it back in place. He worked very quickly. Good job!

The service is great, very quick. But the price is very steep. I was charged $155 for 8ft of steel cable (Home Depot has it for $20). Also $200 for a 130LB Extension Spring (Home Depot also has for $25) Additionally the steel cable was tied around itself by the technician, and I was told “Don’t touch it”. The technician was here for no more than 25min. All in all I feel ripped off.

Yes, the problem was solved. I wish I would have known that this repair could have been done in a few hours, I would have called other places for estimatses. Does your company give Senior Discounts? Paul was very informative. He suggested I consider about replacing the 10 little rollers and said it would be approx. $299.00. That'll give me a chance to call for other estimates. Thank.

Oh my gosh. They're incredible. We were having an issue with our garage just randomly opening throughout the evening and we thought it was perhaps someone in our neighborhood that had their clicker the same frequency and we just needed to get it adjusted. I called this morning and asked what their availability was. My husband and I work and don't get home until after 3:30 pm everyday. They had flexible scheduling to come in during the evening from 4-6 pm. They were able to fit us in this evening and the guy got here shortly after 4 pm. He took a look at our situation and it turns out our garage door motor was from 1996 and needed to be replaced because the circuit board was starting to go bad. He had some units in his truck that he would be able to do the replacement completely right then and there and quoted us for the exact price out the door at the time of service. My husband loved that the guy didn't try to b.s. him with an upsell the technician just laid everything out for him. The technician got everything done in under an hour and also provided us with great feedback on the state of our garage door for us to consider working a replacement into our budget in the next several years. When our garage door needs to be replaced, precision garage door is going to be our place to go based on the service we received which was absolutely stellar. :)

I called because I could not get my door open manually even when I deactivated the electronic opener. No sooner had a hung up from making the appointment but my technician called to say he was on the way already. Nick was very polite and explained everything to me. I felt the pricing was very fair.

Ashley answered promptly and was friendly and helpful. She had Technician John out within 2 hours and he pre-called to let us know he was coming. John worked steadily and knew exactly how to replace my decrepit "Genie" opener. He was polite and professional and got the new opener up and working correctly and paired with my cars. Hopefully I am done installing openers but will be calling precision for any future needs.

John came out exactly on time this morning to fix a problem I tried to fix myself. Problem was easily identifiable and was solved quickly. We selected to buy a new door and he walked us quickly through the process and fixed the problem at no cost to get us through until the new door arrives. Price was good, service was excellent.
