John G. arrived on time and immediately inspected my garage door to determine the problem. He kindly took the time to show me the deliberate damage that had been done to the door by the previous garage door repairman who had been at my home three days prior. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, and after agreeing for him to do the work he had the door working in less than thirty minutes. Again he took the time to make certain all was properly working to my satisfaction. If I have any problems in the future, I will use Precision again. When a new door is needed, they will install it.

I will continue to be a customer of Precision garage door. Had springs installed 7 months ago, very pleased. Update, recently had them out again did some adjustments and in less than 10 minutes, had problem fixed. They're real professionals.
