I was very pleased with the service and response time and the technician was very knowledgeable. He recognized immediately that I had a problem with the rollers and alignment and went out of his way to do what was required. I am now awaiting a follow up for a keyless pad to be installed and I understand that his truck is out of service. Please remind Rob that I am waiting for the keyless entry pad.

Our experiences with Precision Door have been great. Brad was our technician both times and did a great job replacing the springs on one door and installing a new opener on another. He even went out of his way to fix another minor issue we were having while he was here. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient. My garage door was destroyed by my landscaper with his plow while removing snow from my driveway on a Friday evening. I couldn't even get the door to close. The springs, cables and door was ruined. Brad came the very next morning and was able to make it open and close until my new garage door was installed. He installed my new door on Monday morning. He was fast and efficient. Brad is a huge asset to your company.

I would rate a 5, however it did take two trips for my garage to get fixed. Al, reset my number key pad but it does not work. But my garage door is working properly with the remotes. I am pleased with the service he gave!!!

Jeremiah replaced the spring, cables and rollers on out two doors. He also installed two openers. He was knowledgeable, courteous and did the job right. We are planning to have him back to weather strip both doors.

I called Precision Door late one evening because my garage door was hanging up and wouldn't close properly. Brad called the next day and we planned to meet that evening, if he had a garage door opener left at the end of the day. He was kind enough to save the last one for me and installed it when I returned home from work. He explained that he knew I needed to get to work in the morning and didn't want to take time from my job. The installation took about an hour, he explained how the remotes worked, and how to disengage the opener. Brad was an excellent technician. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services to anyone who needs help with their garage door. Thanks!

He did great work on the spring and very nice and pleasant to conversate. He did excellent work. The only issue is that he filled out the inspection sheet, but did not explain it to me. For example, the garage door is unbalnced was checked...what does that mean. was it because of the broken spring or something else. Overall great service on a Sunday morning.

I called and talked to the service manager about our experience with this technician - Jeremiah. He was very unprofessional on the phone and in person. He made you feel like an idiot because you weren't using the correct terms such as "J Bar". He was arrogant and didn't even finish fixing the door correctly. He even tried to not come out and just tell us to fix it ourselves (putting bolts into the door). He also didn't explain the charges very well. My husband had already been told the price was $85 and a check had been written and then was told it would be $115. I understand he used a part we had to pay for, but he didn't explain the extra energy charge which hadn't been charged on our first trip to our home in the fall. I had to call the company back after he left once I realized that the door wouldn't completely touch the ground and snow could actually come into the garage. After my call, they sent Brad Buzzelli out who was professional and very friendly. He fixed the door and answered every question I had. I would have Brad back to my house again, but never again Jeremiah.
