We appreciated how quickly your company responded to our call. We called on a Saturday morning and got scheduled that same day for afternoon service. Even better, your tech was in our area when he got the notice, and he took the initiative to swing by that morning to take a look. He made a quick repair, which freed up the rest of our day. Although we were happy about the quick service, the real reason we're writing is because of how friendly and professional your tech was. We remember him from a year ago when he solved another garage door issue. Both times he demonstrated himself as proficient and good-humored. This was a follow up service call. I chose not to repair the rollers on the first call, but when they eventually went bad, Brad offered to make the repair at a reduced cost. The materials are obviously higher quality than the original door parts. Overall, very satisfied.
