Precision repaired a broken spring and bent back some hinges that were damaged when the original spring broke. As well as a little tune-up work. It was more expensive than I had hoped but Steve was very personable and professional in carrying out the work.

I called two other companies for estimates, and never received a phone call back, my husband had done business with Precision Door in the past and told me to call. I immediately got an appointment set and Al was the technician sent to my house. He was very nice and because of the wonderful e-mail that you guys sent me with the picture of the technician,I knew right away who he was.The appointment was on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon i had a brand new garage door!I was so excited and the price was reasonable too! I chose Precision because of a previous visit to repair an existing garage door opener. At that time they were very professional and fixed my problem. So this time I called them back. The tech Brad, gave me my options, I could repair the opener that was about 17 yrs. old or replace it with a new one. He explained everything he would do & the cost. I chose the new one. He was done in a short amount of time, cleaned up the area & went over items where I had a concern. Thank You

Definition of insanity? Doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results. Brad Buzzelli put an end to that and, after 10 years, we're confident we've put an end to our spring problem. Brad was great at explaining what needed to be done and showing me the work when finished. Very confident about the results!

My garage door would not open. There was no other access to get into the garage, my service Technician, Jeremiah, was able to take off rubber molding on the side by the fascia and onlocked the levers. He replaced the lock for me and did a great job!

My garage door didn't move, but I could hear the motor noise. So I searched the internet, and called this company because I put in the key words, "garage door service", "Shaker Heights". A guy came over on the same day saying I need to change this and that. I asked him if he can make it work and I will consider his suggestion later. He then became to be not as enthusiastic as he was before. The door didn't work again just three days after the repair. I had to call another company to get it done again.
At Precision Door we put the safety of our customers first. From time to time this means that we will not repair a door if, after the repair, the door will continue to pose a hazard. Unfortunatly this customers door was in a very poor, and unsafe, condition. In spite of the danger to himself and his family he wanted only a partial "band aid" repair. He was informed at the time that the limited repair he wanted carried no warranty as it did not address the actual service issues with the door.In this case the customer was willing to ignore the Technicians advice resulting in additional service after only three days. We regret this situation occured but we will not jepordize the safety of our customers for the sake of a few dollars.

Our garage door had stopped operating with no apparent power outage.The ad in the phone book was noticeable, and when I called, Jim was extremely friendly. I set up an appointment, and Al called to say he could be here early if that worked for me, and it worked out great. Al was very friendly and helpful. He explained the problem, and suggested getting new rollers. I would definitely use Precision again, and reccommend them !

The service experience was very good. The person who answered the phone when I called was very pleasant. It was Sunday afternoon and my Garage Door would not go up. I couldn't get my car out. She made me feel much better when she told me a service technician would be able to come over that day between 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Prior to 6:00 PM I received an E-mail saying the service technician should be Jeremiah Byrd. It even showed his picture (very secure feeling) so we would know who to expect. Jeremiah (Service Technician) called twice giving us an estimate of when he would get to us after leaving his other customer. He was respectful, helpful and really seemed proud of the quality products Precision used when replacing parts. He completed everything within One and a half hours and then went on to his next customer. Excellent service on all ends. The Garage Door work great.

The first time I used Precision, I needed emergency service, and they came right away to replace a broken spring. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the promptness. I was comforted by the fact that they were easily identified by their uniforms and their trucks. Problem was quickly assessed and two news garage door openers were installed.Our garage door openers were not working. We had been opening our doors manually. I called for a service appointment which was easily scheduled over the phone. We were given a two hour window of when we should expect our technician to arrive. Brad of Precision Door called about an hour ahead of schedule and asked if it would work for us for him to arrive early. That worked for us and he arrived within 20 minutes. Brad was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem we were having, and gave me the options I had. No pressure, just the facts. We decided to go ahead with having two new garage openers installed, as he had the parts with him and would be able to do it that day. He completed the job in about two hours, explained everything thoroughly to me, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. From what I can tell, it was a very professional job well done. I am very happy with the service and product I received for the price I paid, and would gladly recommend Precision Door Service, especially Brad, to friends and family.
