I needed repair work & heard of Precision Door from a co-worker. I did some investigating (BBB & Angies List) & liked what I saw...services offered, ratings, professional website etc. I had the repair work done in April & was very pleased with the quality of work, cost and equally important the technician "Z". Z recommended a new unit before winter so I called & had him come back for the install & remotes....he is simply put .... Awesome!!!! He even helped my new neighbor program a remote he was having trouble with! I have recommended Precision every chance I get!!!!

This is the second time I have used your service, both times Zoran Jovanovic was the repairman. He is excellent…provided professionalism, responded both by phone and in person within twenty-four hours, explained things in layman's terms, and thoroughly checked everything before leaving. Mr. Jovanovic repaired the problem of the eye very quickly. He then put cages around both of them to prevent them from getting out of alignment again. Excellent service, first time customer, saw Precision listed on Angies List. Technician named Zoran did a superb job, installed new system to open our old heavy garage door. Very informative visit......learned a lot about garage doors and their proper operation. I had to replace a 30 year old opener and a couple of springs. The opener was a must....my old springs weren't broken, but potentially had a short life span left. Although the repair was more than what I had hoped, I felt comfortable in the technician's explanations and recommendations. I didn't feel any 'high pressure' or believe I was being mislead on work that wasn't required. I've got no complaints. 5 star

I choose Precision Door Service based on the excellent ratings and reviews that were posted on their website. I'm glad I did! The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Not only did he remedy the noisy door problem in a timely and professional manner but he also aided an injured neighbor who sustained a head injury. Way to go Zoran! Your technician, Zoran Jovanovic did an excellent job, not only repairing the broken spring, but also outlining the other problems with our door. The door had previously been installed with inferior rollers and two different sizes of springs. Zoran did a complete overhaul on our door and when he finished our door was operating smoothly and quietly. Thanks for an excellent job. Definitely a 5 star repair.

We were lucky enough to have Zoran come out to the house yesterday. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the potential solutions to our problem with our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I could understand. He fully went over multiple options for a fix. I was most impressed with his professionalism and how Precision stood behind their proprietary products and Zoran ' s personal commitment to the work he performed. I was unaware of the potential danger to my wife and kids and felt much safer after Zoran completed his work. Zoran was my technican and he is awesome. The week before he installed a new garage door opener and it is wonderful. Zoran then came back the following week and replaced my spring, rollers and cable. it is like I have a brand new door. I would highly recommend Precision . They are awesome.

Zoran Jovanovich was the technician that came to fix my garage door. He was on time and very courteous. He described what the problem was, what needed to be done, and the cost. He repaired my door since it was broken. I would recommend him for the service and professionalism that he gave. I will be calling again for more work to be done!!!!

We originally called for service because of a problem with our Genie opener not operating properly with a remote. Your service rep investigated and pointed out some installation errors which were causing the problem and suggested a new opener which, when instelled properly , would solve the problem and give us a smoother and quieter operator. In addition he pointed out a 10 year warranty on the new unit. We followed his recommendation and are pleased with the results. In addition, he inspected our second door(without an operator) and made some repairs that were required to enhance its operation. Altogether we were impressed by his service and professionalism.

Customer service was excellent! Our tech called to ask if he could arrive early which shocked me. Compare that to the cable company that gave me a 12 hour window and came at the very end. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a good, better and best estimate for what needed to be repaired. I was very impressed by the different options and also the warranties that came with the option I chose. It seems like Precision truly cares about customers and stands behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We called Precision to (initially) repair a busted garage spring. We were kept up to date on arrival times, and even received an expedited service call as both our cars were trapped in the garage. Zoran was our tech. He was here for over 4 hours, repairing and installing all custom work for our (previously) extremely wonky garage door, including a new opener and torsion spring system. Zoran was entirely professional and awesome to work with. He kept us updated on every part, cost, option, etc. We highly recommend Precision! It's always refreshing to find a fantastic, local company that performs exceptional work.

Our garage door broke and we called Precision because we had previous experience with them. From the beginning, Zoran calling us to let us know he would be a little late due to traffic, to the end we are pleased with the service. Zoran very carefully explained our options and when we decided to purchase a new garage door, the process was smooth. Ryan came to our house at the appointed time and he did an excellent job of installing our new garage door and cleaning up. He was competent and cheerful while he was working and showed us how the new garage door controls worked. We would definitely give them 5 * and would recommend this company to others.

Zoran Jovanovic came out, not because there was anything wrong with the functionality of my garage door, but because I unknowingly wiped out the frequency of my remotes and I was unable to open my garage door. UGH! Zoran showed patience and perseverance while working on a job that wasn't that easy... and this was on a Saturday. When I initially spoke with the operator, i mentioned that I needed to leave my home at a certain time to visit my Mom in the hospital. Zoran arrived early, completed the job and I was on my way in plenty of time. Thank you, Zoran! And thank you, Precision!
