We were amazed to be offered a same-day appointment. We scheduled for the next morning. Zoran called to say he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He explained the problem well, showed me what was wrong, and offered options to fix it. Our original installers did a poor job with cheap parts. Zoran replaced parts (spring, cables and rollers), added an additional brace for a track, and rebalanced the door. It works better and more quietly than when it was installed. He gave an estimate and quickly finished the work, which is guaranteed for life (parts and labor). It was an expensive, but necessary repair, and we are pleased with the outcome. I wish we had known of the quality of Precision Door when we originally replaced our old wood garage door. Lesson learned.

The day before Thanksgiving my garage door came down at an angle and became unusable. We called Precision and they scheduled an appointment for 8am the day after Thanksgiving. Zoran Jovanovic was the technician that was assigned and he called that Friday morning to give me an estimated arrival time, which I appreciated since I had family in town so I knew when I would have to step away. Zoran immediately started diagnosing the multiple issues that existed, explaining the causes and potential solutions. He recommended a rebuild of the garage door hardware that was worn out and after further discussion I decided to have the old garage door opener replaced as well (it was old and well past its useful life). Zoran was able to start work immediately and completed the rebuild and garage door opener installation within a few hours. The difference in operation and noise levels is amazing and the door works perfectly now. The final cost was what was estimated, which was very reasonable given the work required. I would definitely hire Precision again and highly recommend them to others for any garage door needs.

My technician (Zoran) was very professional and courteous. He arrived in the specified time with an advance phone call letting me know he was on the way. He took the time to explain what the issues were and why they happened or needed repair. He gave me different options for repairing my garage door while explaining the advantages and disadvantages and then letting me make an informed decision. I did not feel pressured to do one over the other. The garage was fixed to my satisfaction and has a lifetime warranty!

I found Precision Door as I perused the Internet. Impressive, very professional looking. And you were able to perform the same day as I called. Service performed; New springs, rollers, the whole works. The door would not raise. Now here is a PLUSE, the technician, Z, most impressive. Smile, courteous, and very, very thorough in explaining what had to be done and WHY. That door sounds better now than it did when it was new. In closing, I felt the $ 789.00 was quite steep. But hell, I'm old 90, old school. ?????????? P.S. Told Z I am a WWII vet and asked if I qualified for a discount. Don't know if I received one. Thanks for prompt, top notch pro-service. William R. Yesterday, I accidentally left the lid open on the garbage can and put the garage door down. The door did not stop when it hit the lid. It continued down and then went back up, which resulted in the tracks being bent, the door coming off the tracks, and then just hanging there. In short, it was an unsafe mangled mess. I called another company and they said they were not available till Monday for appointments, so I called Precision, which made an appointment for Saturday. The technician called Saturday morning and was able to come earlier than anticipated. He explained the problem to me, what would be required to fix the problem, and then expertly fixed the door. The price was very reasonable, and overall the service was fabulous. I now have a safer, well functioning, garage door. Thank you.

Zoran Jovanovic came out, not because there was anything wrong with the functionality of my garage door, but because I unknowingly wiped out the frequency of my remotes and I was unable to open my garage door. UGH! Zoran showed patience and perseverance while working on a job that wasn't that easy... and this was on a Saturday. When I initially spoke with the operator, i mentioned that I needed to leave my home at a certain time to visit my Mom in the hospital. Zoran arrived early, completed the job and I was on my way in plenty of time. Thank you, Zoran! And thank you, Precision!

I needed repair work & heard of Precision Door from a co-worker. I did some investigating (BBB & Angies List) & liked what I saw...services offered, ratings, professional website etc. I had the repair work done in April & was very pleased with the quality of work, cost and equally important the technician "Z". Z recommended a new unit before winter so I called & had him come back for the install & remotes....he is simply put .... Awesome!!!! He even helped my new neighbor program a remote he was having trouble with! I have recommended Precision every chance I get!!!!

This is the second time I have used your service, both times Zoran Jovanovic was the repairman. He is excellent…provided professionalism, responded both by phone and in person within twenty-four hours, explained things in layman's terms, and thoroughly checked everything before leaving. Mr. Jovanovic repaired the problem of the eye very quickly. He then put cages around both of them to prevent them from getting out of alignment again. Very informative visit......learned a lot about garage doors and their proper operation. I had to replace a 30 year old opener and a couple of springs. The opener was a must....my old springs weren't broken, but potentially had a short life span left. Although the repair was more than what I had hoped, I felt comfortable in the technician's explanations and recommendations. I didn't feel any 'high pressure' or believe I was being mislead on work that wasn't required. I've got no complaints. 5 star

The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. The door had previously been installed with inferior rollers and two different sizes of springs. We were lucky enough to have Zoran come out to the house yesterday. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the potential solutions to our problem with our garage door.
