The technician that provided the service was within 30 minutes of my call, the technician was on time when he called and that he was on the way. He was very proficient his work style and completed the task within 20 minutes of arriving. He was very professional in his approach, and was and informative about the service. I would recommend Precision to my relatives and friends. Paul is to be congratulated on hi service and his knowledge.

Your technition was excellent. My problem was the motor which you did not put in. Paul did what he could and got my door working. THEN I printed out my invoice - YIKES - 8 pages. All I wanted was a reciept.

The technician, Paul, gave me a courtesy call when he was 15 minutes away which was right around the time they were supposed to send someone. We chose Precision because they had fixed the operator system in our garage two years earlier. We have had no issues thus far, and thought we would contact them again. The coil/springs in our door broke on Friday night. Precision came out as soon as they could to fix the door and get things working correctly again. I appreciated the courtesy of Paul, our technician, and his friendly manner with my sons and dogs. He did a great job!

After I knocked my garage door off its track I thought I would be in for an expensive repair and have to take time off work to be home for it. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I called and the company said they could have someone to my home within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and there was no additional charge for weekends. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Paul telling me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that, fixed my problem and had the door working, less than 2 hours after I initially called. That is what I call service and I highly recommend this company.
Thank you for choosing Precision Door Mr. Hutchinson. We advertise 24/7 service and we strive to live up to it. The garage door usually breaks at the most inconvenient time and it really upsets the daily routine. we are glad to be of service.

Our installer, Paul, was very diligent and personable. He explained what he would do and how long it would take and he did an excellent job. Upon completion he showed us the work you done and how to operate the garage doors. Everything worked flawlessly. My only complaint was that Paul was late due to mechanical issues with his vehicle. I would've appreciated a call from the office letting me know this would be the case since I had to take time off work. When I did call the office the receptionist was unaware of the issue and, unfortunately, somewhat unconcerned about my complaint.
