Bill Adamini responded to the service call very quickly. The cable broke and he replaced the latch with a heavier one. He had to take the window out so he could get inside the garage. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Precision Door.

Bill arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of some of the parts, the job became more complex than originally thought. He fully explained the options for the repair. He worked with his supervisor to find an optimal solution to the problem, and actually discounted some of the parts needed for an ideal repair. He persisted in his efforts to precisely balance the door, even to the point of disassembling the repair to install a different spring to achieve an ideal result. Bill Adamini did an excellent job. He diagnosed my garage door problem quickly and effortlessly replaced the door cables. We discussed the bottom seal and the problem with the concrete base being higher in the middle causing the door to be down in the middle but open a crack on each edge. He installed an over-sized bottom seal loop which solved that problem. I enjoyed watching a true craftsman at work. Thank you, Bill ! Great Job !!!!

Bill was excellent! My garage door wasn't working and Bill came out right away. He found that there was no electricity to the garage and I did not have a key to the old lock in the garage door. He got into the garage without damaging any of it. I asked him to install a new lock and key which he did in about 5 minutes. Problem solved! Bill was very professional and personable. I give Bill and Precision Door my highest recommendation.

The brackets snapped off of our garage door cables. Within 2 hours of calling Precision Overhead Door the technician Bill Adamini was at our door to repair. We requested him as he had done such a great job in August 2015 when our cables snapped. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He honored a 15$ coupon I found online. The same day the spring went on one of my two garage doors, one of my garage door opener motors died as well. Bill came out and gave an exact cost to repair the broken spring, and also provided the cost to replace the old garage door opener (I opted to have both door openers replaced). Bill was able to schedule the repair for the next day! He was early to the appointment scheduled and finished right around the time he said he would. When I realized that despite my decades of experience at fixing things in houses, I was in over my head, (I strongly suggest that you don't try fixing it yourself because its a whole lot more complicated than it looks and can be downright dangerous.) The tech was very fast and was very good at adjusting our doors and and repairing the openers. The only issue I had was the price of the parts (sensors) that were installed. I checked the prices of the same items that the tech pulled from his truck at home depot later in the day and found the parts were more than doubled. I can understand some up charge for the convenience - but the prices you charged were ridiculous. But the tech was very professional.
