After my insurance rep. Wanted to use a company not my referred company which was Precision. I went along with their company who had yet to set an appointment a month later. After being paid in full their whole attention changed, I was told I has to wait until they decide when they saw fit . This was not setting well with me and I requested a refund and got the Harlem shuffle, I immediately called Precision and my estimate was still on file. Rep. Came out took my deposit and my appointment was made the same day. Very professional and understanding that my choice was Precision from day one. How can a popcorn company install a garage door when it us not what they di. If you want the job done right go to the company that specialize in garage doors.Thank you Precision

Anthony Wise called because he had a cancellation of his earlier service. So he came out earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed the problem just by walking up to the open door! Very efficient! Showed me how to check the problem if it ever occurred again. Then he proceeded to explain a dangerous situation I had with the garage door. Very pleased with the service. I would use them again!

We've used Precision Garage Door of Cleveland, I believe since 1st time had a problem, many moons ago. The phone staff (this time, Jennifer) has always been kind, friendly, informative and even funny. She told me at about 5pmish that Anthony would be here between 8 and 10pm. He was here within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to interact with. Problem solved in less than 1/2 hour. When I encounter an undesirable situation, I do not expect it to experience pleasure. Lol. However, Anthony made this situation a pleasurable experience with his courteous, understanding and overall personality. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. Anthony was great. He has been to our house twice now and the 1st visit he told us that we need our garage rebuilt. So Anthony's 2nd visit was the big job of rebuilding our garage door. Surprisingly good service (I have low expectations for contractors). The guy they sent out was very jolly and almost OCD about fixing my garage door while doing it as inexpensively as he could for me. When he got done, he gave me the bill, and then looked at my other garage door and made a couple adjustments to make it work better (at no charge - he couldn't just not fix it). Definitely recommend.

The garage broke at 5 in the morning both vehicles inside garage and it was pouring the rain. Went on line and looked for emergency repair service. I was impressed they have someone to answer phones at 6:00 am and had an appointment for anywhere from 10-12:00. The technician Anthony was very understanding, especially when he saw the door laying in the back yard. He told me my options and the cost. I felt he recommended the options and was honest with me. He worked quickly and was out of here by Noon. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
