Your Company was randomly selected from the Yellow Pages. Your technician checked out all parts of the 42 years old garage door. Replaced all rollers, all three bearings, the lift cables, both torsion springs and the puller aluminum gear. He did an excellent job. I also like the lifetime warranty that stays with the house, not with the present owner only, as told by Brad. Unfortunately I did not find this writing.

Having fallen victim to a broken garage door torsion spring, I contacted Precision Door on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. In the 90+ degree heat, Brad showed up and happily / quickly fixed me up with a new spring and support bar in what seemed like only a few minutes. In this day and age when no one seems to have enough spare time, and other repairmen and contractors turn away work or repeatedly fail to keep their appointments, I would recommend Precision Door to anyone seeking timely and affordable repair for their garage doors.

I was extremely pleased by the quick, professional & courteous service provided by Brad at Precision. One of our 2 garage doors literally just fell down and was hanging precariously by the springs and attachment to the opener. He took his time assessing the problem and explained everything in detail, answering all questions. In addition to function, my main concern with our older garage doors was safety...Brad looked over both doors and gave his recommendation, as the one that hadn't fallen down could have at any time. He made all repairs that day & the doors are working better & more quietly than they ever have in our 8 years at our home. Most importantly, they are safe for our family. We would highly recommend Precision.

My 50 plus year old garage door would not open at 6 am and I had to be down in Columbus for a meeting by 11am. Brad worked me into the beginning of his day on an emergency and was very helpful. He somehow found a way to get the garage door open and get my car out of the garage. He was so helpful and I was able to make it to Columbus in time. I am getting a new garage door through Brad and not calling anyone else for a quote. The service I was given by Precision and Brad has made me a customer for life.

My garage door was not working properly. The spring was broken and needed replaced. Brad was out within an hour of my call to have someone come out. Brad suggested the door hardware overhaul. He was very professional and friendly. I will not say Precision was the cheapest, but a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor is worth it. I would definitely recommend Precision and will call again if we have any problems.

I called Precision Door Service because of a special offered by Angie's List. I was impressed from the minute I called to make the appointment. This company is well-organized and offers first-rate service from the beginning until the end. Brad explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He never pressured me to do more. Although, end the end, I chose to purchase more than what was offered in the special. He fixed my noisy door, and after he was done, I felt more confident that my garage door was safe. I looked up garage door repair for 44136 and Precision Door came up. I called late Friday evening and Brad was able to come at noon on Saturday. He was friendly and efficient and replaced a piece of track, reset the springs and oiled the tracks along with straightening the door. The price was fair, plus there was a $15 discount on their website. I would highly recommend Brad and Precision Door.

Precision Door was recommended by a friend, and they had an excellent rating on Angie's List. I called because a spring had broken on the garage door. The appointment confirmation email contained photos of their technicians, so I knew whom to expect. Brad was prompt, polite and professional, explained additional problems with worn bearings on the very old garage door, as well as all options from just replacing the springs to rebuilding the parts to replacing the door completely. Because I felt the old wooden door maintained the character of the older home, I elected not to replace but to rebuild. Brad did an excellent job. I highly recommend Precision Door for your needs.

Brad did a good job. I thought it was a very expensive replacement of two springs, however. I don't mind paying for good work and good service, but the price was very high. Brad came back on Saturday morning, just as he said he would do, we did agree that he would call us to confirm that he would come, and he did not do that. As I mentioned previously, however, Brad did a very good job. He was quick, and he was honest.
