William Coad was out on March 18th to fix our garage door. It had slipped out of the track due to door panels being frozen shut and it opening askew, several of the rollers had come off. He had the door reset in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and informative! Thank you for your prompt service!

The weather was absolutely terrible and the serviceman (Will) showed up on time and a very pleasant attitude. After he checked to make sure what I identified as the problem was the real issue he gave me some choices and options. He took a little under an hour to perform the work, gave me some good information for the future. The area was left clean, I was happy with the price (I always look for a fair price, not the cheapest, you get what you pay for) and the gentleman was confident and professional. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends and family. Good job, thank you.

Five stars - kudos to William for great service! I was looking for a vendor who explicitly stated in their online advertising that they service my kind of garage door opener brand (Liftmaster). I also wanted someone who was insured inase something went wrong with my wooden garage door. I was hoping to only need a repair but I also knew my garage door opener was about 14 years old and had been fixed once before.

The technician, Will, was very personable, patient, professional and knowledgeable. This was my second interaction with Precision, since I found them on Angie's list, this past December. The first time was for a general maintenance special they were running, for $69.00...well worth it. The second time, I tried to take out my garage. This is a honest, professional business, as shown in the character of their technicians. As a single woman, they dealt with me fairly, respectfully and honestly. They were on time and priced fairly. Precision provided a same day appointment, which was amazing, and arrived squarely inside the predicted time frame. The problem was diagnosed and explained clearly. We were provided options regarding the fix as well as additional items which can prevent the issue in the future. Precision was out a year ago for a different service. At that time he noted that our builder cut a corner or two which was stressing the garage door. He predicted the door would break in a certain way and approximately when it would break. He was exactly right. The repair was conducted quickly in a professional manner. We will use this company again.
