I HAD NEVER HEARD OF PRECISION DOOR SERVICE BEFORE TODAY, BUT AM VERY HAPPY THAT I CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THE REPAIR MAN CALLED TO TELL ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW HIS CRAFT WELL. IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR HE HAD THE DOOR REPAIRED AND LUBRICATED AND WAS ON HIS WAY. THE DOOR WORKS BETTER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW AND THE REPAIR WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED. THIS COMPANY WILL BE MY FUTURE COMPANY OF CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO GARAGE DOOR.

John was the technician who came to the house to fix a broken spring. He called before arrival, and showed up exactly when he told me he was going to be here. He diagnosed the problem and inspected all the mechanics of the door. He quoted me the exact price, and repaired the broken equipment. I was emailed the invoice, and John was on his way. The repair was handled efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company for any and all garage needs.

The company has a 24 hrs call service. Which is wonderful. My garage door opener stopped functioning at night. I called in close to midnight and a courteous, knowledgeable staff was able to schedule me next morning. Technician Zoran Jovanovic was amazing. He did it while I was at work. Very prompt, responsive and did a great job He left the manual and two sensors by the door step. Place was clean. When I came home, I opened the garage door and the sensors started blinking, after which I could not close the door. I called Zoran and, he stopped by rectified and made sure it was all working well, before he left. He even put the two bulbs for me. What an amazing, personalized service in today’s world. Would absolutely work with them and strongly recommend them. Professional service and an honest reputed company.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland for garage door repair service. They cover a wide area not just Cleveland. I live in Lorain County. My phone call was answered immediately and after explaining the service required I was given an appointment within days despite it was in cold February. The technician, Anthony Wise, arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of garage door repairs. He listened to my repair concerns and gave me options and worked with me without any pressure in determining my choice of service. I appreciated that! I was searching for a company to fix my broken springs on my garage door. There's a local one by my house that has nothing but terrible reviews. I saw Precision Door was highly recommended so I gave them a call. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day! They even arrived early! The technician Paul was friends and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Another thing they do is send you a picture of the person coming to your house. That was pretty cool. Fantastic work!

I had called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken spring (single spring on garage door) on 1/29/2022 at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday night, and was informed that they were booked all day for Sunday. I opted for an appointment for Monday 1/31/2022 between 8 am - 10 am, and the technician showed up promptly at 8:30 am (Al Fleming, after calling ahead). Al has a great customer service side as he did not try and "up sell" on anything additional. However, after speaking with Al and Al taking the time to explain everything to me, I decided to with not just replacing the broken spring, but, replace with two spring and the replacement of all of the door "rollers", since I have a belt-drive garage door opener, I do not hear the 'clinks' and 'clanks' from the rollers any more and only hear the 'whirring' of the motor its self. Zoran was our tech and did a great job. My entire experience with this Company was excellent from beginning. At night our main spring above the door broke while closing the garage. I was surprised they had a 24 hour call service and she was very helpful and detailed setting a appointment for the next day. Zoran called and arrived early. He was friendly and very detailed and had our springs replaced and door working again in a hour. Price was fair and very well explained. My garage door broke at 8PM. After I realized I couldn't fix it myself I called precision around 9PM to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The next day my tech (William) called me to confirm the date/time and even came early. I couldn't have been more pleased with his ability to fix my problem but also walk me through the process/the issue/the reinstall/etc. I was referred to Precision from my brother.
