An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.

We have had Precision service for years and have always found them to be very prompt and courteous. Paul Broschk has been the man who has come out to us the past several occasions. He comes always prepared with parts for whatever the job requires. Jennifer who answers the calls for service has also been very professional and gets us scheduled as fast as possible. Today Paul came in mask (due to Covid19) and never once took it off, even as he worked in the garage. We did not require this of him but the company does and he complied totally. Precision Door also replaced our very old garage door in the past as well and every thing was well done. No complaints at all.

My experience with precision door was excellent from the woman who answered the phone she was compassionate with my issue and scheduled me for the next possible appointment! My technician Bill called as he was on his way and arrived on time explained everything that needed to be done and why. Within 25 min my garage door was working and looked great!! He showed Me everything he did and explained the warranty before he left. I would definitely recommend!

Use these guys! Everything was old school. They answered the phone with a human. They set up the appointment, told me who was coming and when. We got Zoran, or Z. He was on time, efficient and professional. He got right to work, walked us through the new lift, explained clearly how it all operated, and was on his way. The entire transaction went perfectly.

I would recommend Precision to anyone. I called in the morning and my technician, John Franks, arrived in the afternoon. I thought I needed to replace the opener, but John took the time to evaluate my system. He replaced the rollers and pulleys, realigned the rails and lubricated all the hinges. The sensor was not working well, so he replaced that, as well as mounting it properly. Instead of sounding like a drawbridge over a moat, my garage door glides easily. Thanks, John, for your professionalism and your attention to details.

As They ALWAYS DO PRECISION DOOR has taken care of my problem. People like to play with buttons and some times cause more harm then Help. The button pusher was opening the door for me that i already opened. Needless to say Damage did occur and Precision came to my RESCUE. "John F" is a great representative. I have been advised by John that is time to Replace that old Door. He answered many questions. I will be in touch soon and will only contact Precision. Came earlier than appt. Great price and Value. Polite friendly workers. MONEY WELL SPENT! THANK YOU!!
