I was having a problem with my garage door opening. None of the controls would work normally. Paul Broschk was the technician that came out and fixed the problem immediately. He was great. I highly recommend this company. I have used them two times and I don't worry at all because they make sure I know who is showing up, and the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving.
