THANK YOU! Bill, my tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Explained everything he was doing as well. He was called here to fix another problem from another company, and he did it when the other company said there was no problem. Door was not hanging correctly from getting both springs replaced by another company. When called back to fix issue, other company said there was no problem! Bill saw the problem with the door and fixed it. Thanks Bill. Goodbye 'other' company!

To be honest, we just Googled "Garage Door Repairs" and started calling around. When I brought up your site, I read nothing but GREAT reviews! My husband called you guys @ approximately 11 a.m. and set up an appt with Anthony between NOON and 2 p.m. - I posted a pic of our clock and a pic of the Precision van in our driveway and posted it on FaceBook. We were VERY impressed with that! First, that he could even come here TODAY and also that he called 5 min before noon and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was! at NOON! He was VERY personable and knowledgeable and very quick at getting the job done. He finished at 1:25 p.m. He had called Paul (another technician there) to bring some parts that he needed and he arrived within a very short time! What a nice guy he was, as well. We actually had a little "concert" going on out in the garage and we are BOTH great music lovers, so we were having a great time with them while the work was being done! Our day started out "not so good" and after all the laughter we shared with them and seeing the type of work they do and how efficient they were, they made our day! They're very talented at what they do! When Anthony was all done and ready to walk out the door, he looked down on the garage floor and said, "Oh wait a minute, there's a piece of tape on the floor" and he bent down and picked it up and threw it away! They left the garage just as it was before they arrived here. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for SURE! On top of that, as they were pulling out of the driveway, my phone rang and it was their supervisor Brad that lives in our subdivision and he was SO exceptionally nice and treated us well! We had NO idea he lived here when we set this appointment up, so it was meant to be! A big, huge THANK YOU to your entire company and to Anthony, Paul and Brad, as well. You have asked why we chose your company and the reason was because you could come here in a couple hours after we called you, but we are SO glad that it turned out that it was YOUR company! We'll definitely give your name to anyone needing your services! We no longer have the type of springs or rollers that were on our door (the Master Torque system) and had Anthony upgrade everything we needed to have the better springs and better rollers, etc. We loved that there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, too. Yes, we also liked everything else you had on your website, (i.e.) the drug tested employees and the employee background checks, but the SAME DAY SERVICE (especially within hours) is what sold us on your company! :)

My garage door was in need of repair. I contacted Presicion Door after locating this company via yellow pages and reviews on there web site, decided this was the right company for the job. Anthony Wise was the technician sent to repair my door. He called prior to appt and stated he could be there earlier then he was scheduled to. He advised me of what repairs was needed and fixed my door promptly. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would call them for any future repairs and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Anthony, you are a true professional.

Will, the very professional installer, was very honest and made suggestions on parts that should soon be addressed and the important role they play in a well balanced door operation. We moved into our new home only to discover the previous owners had left us no working garage door openers. John came out the next day and got us set up with two working remotes and programmed my husband’s car, too. While he was here, he also inspected the system and noted the door had been backed into a few times and that was why it made so much noise. Although he did sell us the necessary door replacement, he also pointed out the motor was still in good condition. I appreciated his honesty. I would not have been the wiser. He also reminded me to check the home owners association architectural standards. Good thing he did because the first one I had picked out would not have been accepted.

I called to have a spring replaced on my garage door on a saturday night. i called first thing on Sunday and Zoran came out the same day. Very nice and told me the price up front. Unfortunately, our garage door spring broke on Labor Day weekend. The company we used prior was closed. We read reviews about Precision and they were excellent. We almost didn't go with Precision though, because we like employees of companies to have time off, so we hope you treat them well for their dedication and expertise. We had Zoran come to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we needed and why. We really needed 2 springs for our door and needed new roller and bearing plate. Also, our door was too tight and he fixed that as well. Very professional and personable. 5 stars from us! We will recommend you to others.

Absolutely wonderful service! My double garage door would not open and I could not lift door manually. I was scheduled to pick up relatives at the airport and car was in garage! I called Precision and Anthony Wise came out that morning. Anthony called before he arrived was kind, courteous and quickly solved the problem. The spring had broken and the end bearing plates were shot. I would highly recommend Precision. This is the second time I have used this company. The last was 9 years ago.
