One word; OUTSTANDING! You know you have been there from time-to-time. Maybe it is a car issue or something that you just are not knowledgeable about? You go to a shop or have a service call and have no clue what the Tech is talking about or if it is even needed. Your item gets fixed but you just can't shake the feeling that you were overcharged and taken advantage of. I used another garage door company at my business a few months ago (Because they were local and advertised on TV) and was very disappointed with up-front estimate and a charge by the hour/minute type scenario. So, I recognized that I should do more research prior to calling any local repair company. I had a spring snap on my home garage door. Easy to identify but that was the extent of my repair ability on garages. After some due diligence, I chose Precision. Quick response? Check. Live person when you call? Check. An explanation of what to expect, a convenient time window and call ahead service when in route? Check. The Service Tech, Zoran was outstanding. He educated me and pointed out several items to keep an eye on to prevent future issues without trying to sell me anything but what I absolutely needed. He gave me a reasonable up-front quote and SURPRISE! There were no surprises. It cost exactly what he quoted and he was finished in about 30 minutes, even though it was a lot more severe than just a snapped spring. He pointed out the American made, powder coated springs that he used and demonstrated certain aspects of the door that would help me maintain it for years to come. The company is very accommodating and my experience with Zoran was that he is welcome back as a friend anytime. Polite, professional and apparently extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of door repair. If you need any type of help with a garage door or garage opener- I highly recommend Precision. When you feel like you just got punched in the gut because your garage door broke; the last thing that you need is to get raped on a price that you have no clue is fair or not. Precision provided excellent service at an unbelievably fair price.

John arrived at our house on the time set. John looked over everything then we sat down and talked about what we wanted and John gave recommendations without any pressure, he did a great job explaining everything and helping us make a decision. I can not comment on the installation because we have to wait because our door has to be specially made because of the size

I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning after my door broke. Al called when he was 30 minutes away. Arrived here on time. Fixed the problem and gave me some options to consider. I had used Precision door in Florida and was extremely pleased. Thus why I called them for this house. Highly recommend them. Al Fleming was great!!!

Our repairman arrived on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly. Within a half hour he had the problem corrected with replacement parts. He left the area clean and tested the garage door operation multiple times before leaving. Very professional and timely. We were grateful and would recommend them.

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. I was having a problem with my garage door opening. None of the controls would work normally. Paul Broschk was the technician that came out and fixed the problem immediately. He was great. I highly recommend this company. I have used them two times and I don't worry at all because they make sure I know who is showing up, and the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Your technician Bill came out to replace a broken garage spring a year or two ago. His work ethic was impressive so when I needed to replace the door opener I requested him again. I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. Z was the person that fixed the door. I will recommend the company to anyone that asks and plan to use them again.

Precision door did a great job! They were very professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as the repairman. They responded promptly with same day service!!! The repairman was not pushy at all about buying 2 springs, not just the broken one. He did explain very nicely how buying 2 springs comes with a 5 year warranty, not just 1 year for 1 spring because of the uneven stress the older spring puts on the new spring. I bought both springs and have a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with their service!
