Our repairman arrived on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly. Within a half hour he had the problem corrected with replacement parts. He left the area clean and tested the garage door operation multiple times before leaving. Very professional and timely. We were grateful and would recommend them.

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to my neighbors when they ask for recommendations. Actually, I'll tell them when we get together that if they ever need garage door repairs. Bill Adamini was very personable and knowledgeable!! He knew almost immediately what was wrong with my opener and that it was out dated. I was having a problem with my garage door opening. None of the controls would work normally. Paul Broschk was the technician that came out and fixed the problem immediately. He was great. I highly recommend this company. I have used them two times and I don't worry at all because they make sure I know who is showing up, and the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Your technician Bill came out to replace a broken garage spring a year or two ago. His work ethic was impressive so when I needed to replace the door opener I requested him again. I was once again impressed with his work. I would only recommend him and Precision Door for any of that kind of work. Keep up the good work.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. Z was the person that fixed the door. I will recommend the company to anyone that asks and plan to use them again.

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.
