The installation of my new garage door opener was quick and done well. The cost was reasonable considering all the features I got with it. The keypad even displays the time and temperature. It came with a lifetime motor and belt warranty, a five-year parts warranty, a five-year LED warranty, and a one-year warranty on battery backup. It also has a camera, and the cost was $1.099.00. The garage door opener has been working well so far. I understand that you can use your smart phone to open the door from anywhere and find out if it's open or closed. I have not tried this feature yet.

If you want exceptional service from website to final installation Precision Garage Door Service is the place to be. Both of my garage door springs were broken. I used the online appointment to schedule since it was past 7 pm and I was immediately given a text response, followed by a text verifying the installation time the next morning. My installer, Zoran, called before arrival, quickly installed both springs and my cable, and my garage door was up and running in less than an hour.

10-21-24 Precision Door and their technician Al get my highest rating. We were having problems with our garage door opener for quite some time. The motor, which was 22 years old would from time time just stop. The problem kept getting worse and yesterday (a Sunday) it became bad enough that we called for service. Precision scheduled an appointment for today, Monday. The tech Al arrived on time and checked out the opener, explained the problem, provide us with the options that would solve the problem, and the cost of each option. We decided to replace the opener. Al quickly and professionally removed the old opener installed the new one including a totally new motor and mechanism, two remote control units, a keypad, and interior wall button unit. The cost was fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely and professional manner. Precision Garage Door Service fully deserves the highest rating.
