Our garage door wasn't opening and we needed it fixed fast, we were able to book an appointment and they had someone out within a few hours. Someone hit my garage door while I was out of town and Zoran was able to inspect it for the same day I called and reported the damage back to me. He was s helpful and understanding and I was able to order a new door the same day and handle everything over the phone. 10-21-24 Precision Door and their technician Al get my highest rating. We were having problems with our garage door opener for quite some time. The motor, which was 22 years old would from time time just stop. The problem kept getting worse and yesterday (a Sunday) it became bad enough that we called for service. Precision scheduled an appointment for today, Monday. The tech Al arrived on time and checked out the opener, explained the problem, provide us with the options that would solve the problem, and the cost of each option. We decided to replace the opener. Al quickly and professionally removed the old opener installed the new one including a totally new motor and mechanism, two remote control units, a keypad, and interior wall button unit. The cost was fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely and professional manner. Precision Garage Door Service fully deserves the highest rating.
