The first time I used Precision, I needed emergency service, and they came right away to replace a broken spring. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the promptness. I was comforted by the fact that they were easily identified by their uniforms and their trucks. A few years later, I recognized their logo at the home show and had them back to make some repairs and replace our garage door openers. Again, Al was courteous, prompt,and knowledgable. Problem was quickly assessed and two news garage door openers were installed.Our garage door openers were not working. We had been opening our doors manually. I called for a service appointment which was easily scheduled over the phone. We were given a two hour window of when we should expect our technician to arrive. Brad of Precision Door called about an hour ahead of schedule and asked if it would work for us for him to arrive early. That worked for us and he arrived within 20 minutes. Brad was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem we were having, and gave me the options I had. No pressure, just the facts. We decided to go ahead with having two new garage openers installed, as he had the parts with him and would be able to do it that day. He completed the job in about two hours, explained everything thoroughly to me, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. From what I can tell, it was a very professional job well done. I am very happy with the service and product I received for the price I paid, and would gladly recommend Precision Door Service, especially Brad, to friends and family. I was very pleased with the service and response time and the technician was very knowledgeable. He recognized immediately that I had a problem with the rollers and alignment and went out of his way to do what was required. My garage door was destroyed by my landscaper with his plow while removing snow from my driveway on a Friday evening. I couldn't even get the door to close. The springs, cables and door was ruined. Brad came the very next morning and was able to make it open and close until my new garage door was installed. He installed my new door on Monday morning. He was fast and efficient. I would rate a 5, however it did take two trips for my garage to get fixed. Al, reset my number key pad but it does not work. But my garage door is working properly with the remotes. I am pleased with the service he gave!!!

Jeremiah replaced the spring, cables and rollers on out two doors. He also installed two openers. He was knowledgeable, courteous and did the job right. We are planning to have him back to weather strip both doors.

I called Precision Door late one evening because my garage door was hanging up and wouldn't close properly. Brad called the next day and we planned to meet that evening, if he had a garage door opener left at the end of the day. He was kind enough to save the last one for me and installed it when I returned home from work. He explained that he knew I needed to get to work in the morning and didn't want to take time from my job. The installation took about an hour, he explained how the remotes worked, and how to disengage the opener. Brad was an excellent technician. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services to anyone who needs help with their garage door. Thanks!
