My technician was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me in a way I was able to understand. He was also very courteous and professional. My garage door and all of the equipment around it like the springs and cables were very worn out to the point of being potentially dangerous. He replaced and reinforced what needed to be done and took the extra time out to educate me on it. I would definitely recommend Precision and my technician to anyone.

I initially called your company because your name came up when I did a web search for garage door repairs. it was nice to be able to reach someone when I called and the repair guy Bill came out right at 8am and was quite professional and gave me the different options for repair. he was also quite friendly which is a welcome change from some of the other repair guys. I was very pleased with the whole process. John Franks the technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. John installed the new opener and recommended we replace the rollers. I was very impressed on how he installed the new opener because we have a Screen Solutions he had to work around. We purchased the Liftmaster unit and couldn't be happier. Much quieter than Genie.Thanks again.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon, so we had to lookup a 24/7 company to service our door. We chose Precision based on their ad and reviews. We received prompt attention from Precision. Mr. Bill Adamini was our service technician. He called us ahead and showed up at our home on time. The service van looked new and properly labeled. Mr. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and completed the job very well within the expected time frame. The total cost was a bit pricey, but worth it. We are very satisfied and would recommend Precision to others!

Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems. I had a complete rebuild of door movable parts including two springs. ( originally had only one ). Paul did a very good job of explaining the problem and completed the work in a short period of time. Very satisfied. ( retired - wished it was cheaper, such as AARP discount )

I would give a 5 star rating for the service I received. The garage door spring and cable had to be replaced. They were here within a couple of hours after I called for service. The serviceman was Paul Broschk. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was very professional. I would recommend asking for him by name.

Precision came out to repair my door back in 2008 . They came out told me the repairs they also told me it wood be better to replace the door because of efficiency. There door tech are great to work with let alone nice to speak with . I give them a solid 5 Starr . They also had to come repair a spring today for me 6/22/15 . The tech bill was once again awesome told what I needed repaired in a swiftness awsome I would not do business with anyone else. They have my business and I would references them to everyone. I called them today at 9:40am today they had a tech at my door by a 11:00 am wow what type of service is that awesome. 5 Starr all the way ..thanks Precison.

Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!! We were lucky enough to have Zoran come out to the house yesterday. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the potential solutions to our problem with our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I could understand. He fully went over multiple options for a fix. I was most impressed with his professionalism and how Precision stood behind their proprietary products and Zoran ' s personal commitment to the work he performed. I was unaware of the potential danger to my wife and kids and felt much safer after Zoran completed his work. Not only did Zoran come out the same day that I called, but he completed alot of work in a short amount of time that same day. Can't say how impressed I was with the whole process, thank you.

The service tech today was Paul Broschk and he did a fantastic job of getting my garage doors operating the way they should have when our house was built 11 years ago. He replaced the broken Genie with a 8550 LIftmaster opener which is unbelievable compared to the Genie. He replaced springs on both doors, cables and other hardware and installed a digital opener and an outside keypad. It came with a life time guarantee. Even a battery back up for the opener if there should be a power failure and you want to get in or out of the garage. Great experience. I bought cheaper in the past and this is the 3rd time someone has had to come to a fairly newer house. The almost commercial quality of these products allows me to believe I won't have to worry about the garage doors functioning for a very long time. I highly recommend Precision - especially Paul.

My wife and I are pleased with the door and opener. The installer drilled 8 unwanted holes into the ceiling before finding ones that would work. That was something that we didn't expect to happen with professional installers.
