Called at 10:30 pm on Friday night for next day appointment and they had tech Zorne call me by 8:15 am Saturday to say he was on his way. Quick, honest and efficient work. Would definitely recommend in future. Zorne was very nice and great to deal with.

Having your torsion springs and cables snap the day after Christmas would make a Grinch out of just about anyone but the excellent customer service and expertise of our technician John Gilles had us smiling in no time and feel confident and satisfied with our purchase. John was patient with our questions and worked in below zero conditions with complete professionalism and pride in his workmanship. Always nice to find a company with workers that take pride in excellent customer service...John took away all the scraps and broken parts and explained all he repaired on the door and springs along with explaining how to use the new opener to maximize our purchase. Outstanding service. I placed a service call at 8:30 AM and a service technician was at my home at 9:30 AM and was able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes. Note that this was a warranty service call for service performed on the door in 2008. It was a no hassle experience. The technician was courteous and professional and quickly identified the problem and replaced the cables at no cost for parts or labor. The lifetime warranty is terrific. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone requiring garage door service.

Very satisfied with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, inspected the door (broken spring and cable problem), and let me know the cost for fixing the immediate problem, as well as a couple other options to include replacing other old parts. He finished quickly and the door worked better than before. As for what appealed to me in your advertising: I liked that I could see reviews in my area with names, rather than just anonymous ones.

From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company. I called late on a Friday and Zoran was there within the allotted window. He was very knowledgeable and described in detail what needed fixed. Since he didn't have exactly what was needed, we scheduled for Sunday morning and he was done with all of it by noon. The garage hasn't worked that well or quietly since we've been here.
