You upgraded my garage door system 6 years ago. The chain drive on the garage door opener broke today. I took the invoice from 6 years ago and called your office looking for help. I really didn't know what to do and thought that nothing could happen until next week. The young lady that answered the phone was wonderful and you tech was here in two hours. He described the two options that were available to me and the pricing. He is an amazing young man and you couldn't have a better representative for your company. It is unusual in this day and age to find a young man that really enjoys what he is doing. That says a lot about your company. What started out as the day from hell ended up a great experience. Thank you so much for the quick and amazing service

I called the emergency number for Precision Garage Door at about 4am on a Sunday to say that my garage door had been hit, broken, and was stuck half open, with my car trapped in the garage. By 8am on that same day, Paul arrived at my house and was able to get my car out of the garage and was also able to close the garage door completely to keep thieves and critters out until my new garage door arrives. He said it will be within the week that I get my new door! Talk about quick response time and service! I couldn't believe I got a service company to respond so quickly on a Sunday!!! I've used Precision before, and will always use them, recommend them, and sing their praises. The repairman who came to my house, Paul, was friendly, professional, and quite helpful when choosing a new garage door. (The old one could not be fixed due to having been hit so hard.) Paul also was able to calm me down because I was quite upset about the damage done to my home. (Side note: Paul is great with dogs! I really appreciate it when service workers don't expect me to lock my dogs away!) In the end, I wish no one had hit my garage door with their car, but since I couldn't undo the damage, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating!!!

I chose Precision Door Service for our broken spring because they have same day service. The technician Dave arrived quickly and was very polite and informative. He explained step by step what needed to be repaired. He was finished when he said he would be and did a great job. Bill Adamini serviced my garage door today. He was top-notch all the way! The spare door opener needed replacing and the door hardware was in need of a tune-up. Bill called ahead to confirm the time, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues quickly, and provided several options to solve the problems. He is a great asset to your company. Bill stated how he loved his job and was proud to work for a company that really cared about quality. His enthusiasm was obvious and his smile was constant. 4th February, 2016. I contacted Precision, because of your positive web site feed back, you are a local company and I was hoping to find a quick door replacement. The same day, and Promptly at 11 a.m. Zoran arrived to assess the job and at 2.30 p.m. Ryan arrived to fit a new garage door and mechanism. By 5.30 I had a lovely new and quiet door. I had called your office at 9 a.m. I spoke with Heather and Jenifer, then later met with Zoran and Ryan and found dealing with all four to be a delightful experience. Probably the best customer service ever and totally professional. Thank you for brilliant service and having the nicest staff to deal with.

The serviceman, Dave, was very polite and thorough in evaluating our garage doors. The services that he performed were done only after he showed me what the problem was, and how it would affect the function of the door and got my consent. He could even tell that last winter our door had frozen to the ground! The repairs made a huge difference in how smoothly the doors work, and they work so quietly now!

My technician was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me in a way I was able to understand. He was also very courteous and professional. My garage door and all of the equipment around it like the springs and cables were very worn out to the point of being potentially dangerous. He replaced and reinforced what needed to be done and took the extra time out to educate me on it. I would definitely recommend Precision and my technician to anyone.

I was very impressed on how he installed the new opener because we have a Screen Solutions he had to work around. We purchased the Liftmaster unit and couldn't be happier. Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon, so we had to lookup a 24/7 company to service our door. We chose Precision based on their ad and reviews. We received prompt attention from Precision. Mr. Bill Adamini was our service technician. He called us ahead and showed up at our home on time. The service van looked new and properly labeled. Mr. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and completed the job very well within the expected time frame. The total cost was a bit pricey, but worth it. We are very satisfied and would recommend Precision to others!

Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems. I would give a 5 star rating for the service I received. The garage door spring and cable had to be replaced. They were here within a couple of hours after I called for service. The serviceman was Paul Broschk. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was very professional. I would recommend asking for him by name.

Precision came out to repair my door back in 2008 . They came out told me the repairs they also told me it wood be better to replace the door because of efficiency. There door tech are great to work with let alone nice to speak with . I give them a solid 5 Starr . They also had to come repair a spring today for me 6/22/15 . The tech bill was once again awesome told what I needed repaired in a swiftness awsome I would not do business with anyone else. They have my business and I would references them to everyone. I called them today at 9:40am today they had a tech at my door by a 11:00 am wow what type of service is that awesome. 5 Starr all the way ..thanks Precison.

Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!! My son used and recommended Precision. And I would do the same. Timeliness is very important. Try to move the answering service along a little better. Give the one gal a little training in speaking out clearly and promptly. Your office people are excellent. I haven't had the door installed yet so don't have an evaluation for that. Your service man was knowledgeable and courteous.
