We moved into our new home only to discover the previous owners had left us no working garage door openers. John came out the next day and got us set up with two working remotes and programmed my husband’s car, too. While he was here, he also inspected the system and noted the door had been backed into a few times and that was why it made so much noise. Although he did sell us the necessary door replacement, he also pointed out the motor was still in good condition. I appreciated his honesty. I would not have been the wiser. He also reminded me to check the home owners association architectural standards. Good thing he did because the first one I had picked out would not have been accepted.

I called to have a spring replaced on my garage door on a saturday night. i called first thing on Sunday and Zoran came out the same day. Very nice and told me the price up front. Also gave me suggestions for future service i might need. Would recommend your company to any one in need of garage issues.

Unfortunately, our garage door spring broke on Labor Day weekend. The company we used prior was closed. We read reviews about Precision and they were excellent. We almost didn't go with Precision though, because we like employees of companies to have time off, so we hope you treat them well for their dedication and expertise. We had Zoran come to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we needed and why. We really needed 2 springs for our door and needed new roller and bearing plate. Also, our door was too tight and he fixed that as well. Very professional and personable. 5 stars from us! We will recommend you to others.

Absolutely wonderful service! My double garage door would not open and I could not lift door manually. I was scheduled to pick up relatives at the airport and car was in garage! I called Precision and Anthony Wise came out that morning. Anthony called before he arrived was kind, courteous and quickly solved the problem. The spring had broken and the end bearing plates were shot. I would highly recommend Precision. This is the second time I have used this company. The last was 9 years ago.

Called for opener battery back up service Bill A., technician, came the next day, replaced the battery backup, changed both light bulbs, made sure the system was fully functional, and took the slack out of the electrical cord. Very efficient and super nice guy. This is my 3rd encounter with Precision and they've all been great experiences. Thank you.

Had the company out in 2006. Tech suggested a complete overhaul. It was pricey but we had the money at the time, and it was lifetime warranty, and we weren't planning on moving anytime soon. May have paid for itself on Friday when I needed a spring replaced

What got my attention when doing a google search was the 24/7 and they came out the next day. My spring broke and i could not get out, worried on how I'm going to work the next day. Today they came out at the exact time to put in a brand new door and finished when they said. They never make you feel like you need to buy anything, no pressure with this company. My technician was Anthony Wise. He was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. The springs on our garage door were not correct, so he replaced them and made sure they were strong enough for our door, which is very heavy. When he replaced the old springs, he went up a size and after realizing even those were still insufficient, he replaced them again at no additional charge to make sure everything was done correctly. He also was conscientious of my time and specifically asked how much time I had before needing to get to work.

John was here within 45 minutes of my initial call. Showed me what happened and what needed to be done. He was very professional. Although my initial thoughts on the price was surprising. Our old opener was installed in 1995, so time for a new one as it was no longer working. The technician (John Frank) came out the next day after calling for service. After explaining the new opener features and cost, he said it would be 1 hour to install, and it was. Felt bad he had to work during this really cold spell we're having. Everything works fine, so quiet compared to the old one, also we're able to open the garage with our smartphones.
