Z was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and everything else you could ask for. Insisted on getting the job done right even when he encountered some unanticipated problems and it took a little longer. Explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. I have complete confidence in the work done and figure this not only has fixed the problem but that there will be no more in the future b/c of remedial steps taken in advance. Great job!

Precision was very easy to work with, very courteous and punctual. My tech was Paul, and he was very likeable and professional, did good work, and cleaned up after himself very neatly. I only gave 4 stars, because I did spend more than I had wanted to, but my door is now operating perfectly, and I have a couple years worth of warranty on their work and parts. Glad I hired Precision and let the pros handle this one, even if it was expensive.

We had a great experience with Dave fixing our broken door and installing a new opener in our new home! He came just hours after our service call and was very professional, knowledgable, courteous and thorough! We would recommend Precision to anyone who is having a door issue. My experience with Precision Door Service was absolutely outstanding. I called in for an issue with a broken torsion spring at 8:00 AM and Zoran Jovanovic was at my house before 12:00. Zoran had the garage door operational in no time, replacing both springs and verifying the functionality and balance of the door. I will recommend Zoran and Precision Door to everyone.

A spring broke on my 54-year-old 300 pound wooden garage door. I called for service and was given a 4-6 PM window the same day. Zoran called around 3 to see if he could come earlier and arrived at 3:30. He estimated 1-1.5 hours and had to work in less than ideal conditions in my garage. He replaced the center bearing because the new springs wouldn't fit older bearings and replaced both cables since one had frayed. He originally quoted $550. He ran into a problem with the cable slipping off due to worn grooves in the pulleys. He said it would be $60 for 2 new small pulleys (newer larger ones wouldn't fit). The total repair ended up taking about 2 hrs 15 min. The door works great now. I deducted one star because the bill ended up $650, which I thought was a little high and was expecting $610. Labor and tax charges are not shown, only parts prices which apparently include the labor & tax. The work is guaranteed for 1 year Precision sends an email with pictures of the technicians so you know it's not an imposter.

My son used and recommended Precision. And I would do the same. Timeliness is very important. Try to move the answering service along a little better. Give the one gal a little training in speaking out clearly and promptly. Your office people are excellent. I haven't had the door installed yet so don't have an evaluation for that. Your service man was knowledgeable and courteous.

You upgraded my garage door system 6 years ago. The chain drive on the garage door opener broke today. I took the invoice from 6 years ago and called your office looking for help. I really didn't know what to do and thought that nothing could happen until next week. The young lady that answered the phone was wonderful and you tech was here in two hours. He described the two options that were available to me and the pricing. He is an amazing young man and you couldn't have a better representative for your company. It is unusual in this day and age to find a young man that really enjoys what he is doing. That says a lot about your company. What started out as the day from hell ended up a great experience. I called the emergency number for Precision Garage Door at about 4am on a Sunday to say that my garage door had been hit, broken, and was stuck half open, with my car trapped in the garage. By 8am on that same day, Paul arrived at my house and was able to get my car out of the garage and was also able to close the garage door completely to keep thieves and critters out until my new garage door arrives. He said it will be within the week that I get my new door! Talk about quick response time and service! I couldn't believe I got a service company to respond so quickly on a Sunday!!! I've used Precision before, and will always use them, recommend them, and sing their praises. The repairman who came to my house, Paul, was friendly, professional, and quite helpful when choosing a new garage door. (The old one could not be fixed due to having been hit so hard.) Paul also was able to calm me down because I was quite upset about the damage done to my home. (Side note: Paul is great with dogs! I really appreciate it when service workers don't expect me to lock my dogs away!) In the end, I wish no one had hit my garage door with their car, but since I couldn't undo the damage, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating!!!

Bill Adamini serviced my garage door today. He was top-notch all the way! The spare door opener needed replacing and the door hardware was in need of a tune-up. Bill called ahead to confirm the time, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues quickly, and provided several options to solve the problems. He is a great asset to your company. 4th February, 2016. I contacted Precision, because of your positive web site feed back, you are a local company and I was hoping to find a quick door replacement. The same day, and Promptly at 11 a.m. Zoran arrived to assess the job and at 2.30 p.m. Ryan arrived to fit a new garage door and mechanism. By 5.30 I had a lovely new and quiet door. I had called your office at 9 a.m. I spoke with Heather and Jenifer, then later met with Zoran and Ryan and found dealing with all four to be a delightful experience. Probably the best customer service ever and totally professional. Thank you for brilliant service and having the nicest staff to deal with.

The serviceman, Dave, was very polite and thorough in evaluating our garage doors. The services that he performed were done only after he showed me what the problem was, and how it would affect the function of the door and got my consent.
