Very satisfied with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, inspected the door (broken spring and cable problem), and let me know the cost for fixing the immediate problem, as well as a couple other options to include replacing other old parts. He finished quickly and the door worked better than before. As for what appealed to me in your advertising: I liked that I could see reviews in my area with names, rather than just anonymous ones.

From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company. I called late on a Friday and Zoran was there within the allotted window. He was very knowledgeable and described in detail what needed fixed. Since he didn't have exactly what was needed, we scheduled for Sunday morning and he was done with all of it by noon. The garage hasn't worked that well or quietly since we've been here. Bill was prompt and profession. He did a through inspection to make sure there were no other issues. He then explained everything that needed to be done, and showed my options and the cost for each option. He inspected, installed new springs, a new garage door opener, and explained how the new opener worked in less than 1 1/2 hours. Your technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead and arrived right on time. He tightened springs, adjusted opener, replaced and lubricated rollers. During his inspection, he found a bearing that had seized and was wearing the bar the springs were on. He replaced the bearings. The garage door works great! Excellent service and work.

5 stars! Bill Adamini did a great job on repairing our broken garage door. He was prompt and courteous and explained how a spring had broken and then gave me a couple of options for the repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also spoke with my Home Warranty company and helped me receive partial payment for the repair. He explained in detail all of the work he had done and how to keep it operating smoothly in the future. As he was leaving he even brought up my trash can from the curb to my home! Great Service! Z was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and everything else you could ask for. Insisted on getting the job done right even when he encountered some unanticipated problems and it took a little longer. Explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. I have complete confidence in the work done and figure this not only has fixed the problem but that there will be no more in the future b/c of remedial steps taken in advance. Great job!

Precision was very easy to work with, very courteous and punctual. My tech was Paul, and he was very likeable and professional, did good work, and cleaned up after himself very neatly. I only gave 4 stars, because I did spend more than I had wanted to, but my door is now operating perfectly, and I have a couple years worth of warranty on their work and parts. Glad I hired Precision and let the pros handle this one, even if it was expensive.

They covered warranty on garage springs. Very nice people, service tech Will was polite and trustworthy to leave him in the garage alone. I'm very happy with the service.
