Bill was prompt and profession. He did a through inspection to make sure there were no other issues. He then explained everything that needed to be done, and showed my options and the cost for each option. He inspected, installed new springs, a new garage door opener, and explained how the new opener worked in less than 1 1/2 hours. Your technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead and arrived right on time. He tightened springs, adjusted opener, replaced and lubricated rollers. During his inspection, he found a bearing that had seized and was wearing the bar the springs were on. He replaced the bearings. The garage door works great! Excellent service and work.

5 stars! Bill Adamini did a great job on repairing our broken garage door. He was prompt and courteous and explained how a spring had broken and then gave me a couple of options for the repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also spoke with my Home Warranty company and helped me receive partial payment for the repair. He explained in detail all of the work he had done and how to keep it operating smoothly in the future. As he was leaving he even brought up my trash can from the curb to my home! Great Service! Will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors. Thanks again for solving my garage door issues on the same day I called.

Precision was very easy to work with, very courteous and punctual. My tech was Paul, and he was very likeable and professional, did good work, and cleaned up after himself very neatly. I only gave 4 stars, because I did spend more than I had wanted to, but my door is now operating perfectly, and I have a couple years worth of warranty on their work and parts. Glad I hired Precision and let the pros handle this one, even if it was expensive.

My experience with Precision Door Service was absolutely outstanding. I called in for an issue with a broken torsion spring at 8:00 AM and Zoran Jovanovic was at my house before 12:00. A spring broke on my 54-year-old 300 pound wooden garage door. I called for service and was given a 4-6 PM window the same day. Zoran called around 3 to see if he could come earlier and arrived at 3:30. He estimated 1-1.5 hours and had to work in less than ideal conditions in my garage. He replaced the center bearing because the new springs wouldn't fit older bearings and replaced both cables since one had frayed. He originally quoted $550. He ran into a problem with the cable slipping off due to worn grooves in the pulleys. He said it would be $60 for 2 new small pulleys (newer larger ones wouldn't fit). The total repair ended up taking about 2 hrs 15 min. The door works great now. I deducted one star because the bill ended up $650, which I thought was a little high and was expecting $610. Labor and tax charges are not shown, only parts prices which apparently include the labor & tax. The work is guaranteed for 1 year Precision sends an email with pictures of the technicians so you know it's not an imposter.

You upgraded my garage door system 6 years ago. The chain drive on the garage door opener broke today. I took the invoice from 6 years ago and called your office looking for help. I really didn't know what to do and thought that nothing could happen until next week. The young lady that answered the phone was wonderful and you tech was here in two hours. He described the two options that were available to me and the pricing. He is an amazing young man and you couldn't have a better representative for your company.
