When we get hit with these sub-zero temperatures our garage door opener would start acting up. Precision's service tech, William Coad, came to our home and with a few adjustments was able to eliminate the problem. We have had several sub-zero days since and have had no additional problem. Thanks! William Coad was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Called Precision on Monday morning to have them come repair my garage door that would not close properly. Within a matter of hours Bill Adamini was at hy home and fixed my door within an hour or so. He was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would highly suggest Precision to anyone!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My technician Zoran was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He did all of this while working in below zero temperature! I will ask for him if I neded future help and recommend the company to all.

Garage door would not close using remote or wall mounted pad. Called at about 0800 hours and was told technician would be out between 1000-1200 hours. Technician called at 1130 hours to advise he was 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew right away that the electronic sensors were causing the problem. He repaired the wire on one, but the other was corroded beyond hope. He replaced the sensors and everything worked fine. Your technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Can't ask for anything more from Precision or your technicians.

I am very satisfied with the level of integrity and service provided to us. Service tech Al Flemming went above and beyond our expectations by providing us with extraordinary service and professionalism in replacing our broken spring. Not only the spring but walked us through complete safety measures showing us that our safety was his primary concern and the need to replace the cables and rollers as well, and not only that but showing us the best possible plan to fit our budget. My experience with Precision started with the Technician - Zoran Javanovic, a very affable and knowledgeable representative of his company. I did check him out on your website prior to his arrival and so I knew what to expect. I am glad to say that the real person exceeded my expectations. He was dedicated to the effort of explaining my situation. Although I knew that my garage door opener was broken, I did not know that essential hardware needed to roll the door up and down was very, very compromised - a bigger problem to be sure. Interestingly enough, my new understanding of "Garage Doors 101" was very useful to me when it came to evaluating another company's proposal for fixing my garage door difficulties. His repair was efficiently done and I am thrilled to have a whisper-quiet garage door back in action. Thank you, Zoran.

The garage door stopped functioning on Saturday afternoon. We were amazed that we could receive service on Sunday afternoon. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fully disclosed the repair and cost before beginning the work and completing the service. I especially liked the appointment confirmation that told us who the technician would be and provided a photo so we would recognize him when he arrived. I have used Precision Door in the past and will remain a loyal customer.

Everyone at PDS from the receptionist to the technicians were wonderful! While I originally called in regards to a repair for my opener but I ultimately decided to replace the opener and door . 5 Star Service Pros: Fast response - Called at 3pm on a Saturday and they were in the driveway at 4:30. Knowledgeable - Explained the problem, mechanics, engineering in total detail Offered options - good better best Excellent warranty Exceptional quality parts Remove the old stuff and packaging CONS Not Cheap but you get what you pay for The new opener is ten times quieter than the old one. The springs were properly sized to the door and the rollers actually roll and look like they are engineered to last.

I chose Precision because it was the first available company that contacted me, and was not disappointed. The technician who arrived when he said he would arrive was pleasant and highly conscientius throughout th eprocess. He completely explained the problems I was having with my old gragge door opener and told me what needed to be done, which was to install a new system. Matt Petroff, the skilled technician was pleasant and friendly, but he was all business when it came to installing the new system, which he explained fully to me before he left. I was impressed by the way he worked right through the lunch hour and never took a break. The result was a fine, quality product, installed by a fine, quality person that gave me a good feeling that made my day - a day that started off with my old system collapsing causing the garage door to fall down with one huge thud! Five stars for your company and especially for Matt.

I called with a bit of uncertainty about what opener package to get. Mine was 22 years old, and there have been many innovations and options in the market today. Heather, the sales representative advised me that the technician would have several choices with him, and I could make a decision at the time of the installation. That technician was Will Coad; a kind gentleman installer. He told me a bit about himself. He has a love for antique things and music. He also told me that he is a perfectionist. I liked him instantly. He was hard-working, precise, and neat. He went above and beyond to inspect, inform, and perform his service. In the end, I got a great product that works like a dream. I also felt that I had a friend install my new Liftmaster; not just a tech.

I was very satisfied with the professional workmanship and courteous attitude of our technician Will. He called ahead of schedule and was very prompt and arrived on the time he said he would be here. We ended up having the spring and rollers replaced on the garage door. He did an excellent job. He explained everything in advance of doing any work. He completed the job in a very timely manner. And the door is quieter now than it was before. We have used this company once in the past and highly recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair.
