Paul was a rock star. He is an excellent technician and very well mannered. Excellent service. He not only serviced my broken spring and other necessary replacement parts, but also diligently explained how a garage door operates to my 2 children. Paul was a great teacher and the kids loved it. My son gathered some broken parts for his project about pulley's at school that is due in 2 days. Thank you very much Paul. My garage used to sound horrible before, after replacing the rollers, it is so smooth. I would recommend getting this replaced if you have a squeaky garage when you open and close. Overall 5 stars.

We are very pleased with our new opener. It is so quiet and has many safety features that our old one didn't. Matt Petroff was very patient and thorough in explaining the apparatus to me. He was very professional in his work and in cleaning up when he was done. I was especially happy he had all the necessary equipment witH him even though I hadnT ordered it when I made the appointment. The young lady who took my initial call was very pleasant and accommodating. I located your company thorough the Chagrin area yellow pages and have since heard your ad on the radio. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

Precision's reception service was extremely courteous and fast to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to my house (within 2 hours). The technician was top-notch and provided highly professional service while addressing the mechanical issues with my door and any other concerns I had. I was wondering why people write so many nice reviews for a garage door guy, but I have to say I was very happy with Precision so far and will need to use them again, once I decide what to do with my garage door problem. I got a friendly, prompt estimate and no pressure to "decide right now or I can't give you our good price." Instead Jason was understanding that I needed to number crunch in my own head and consult with an out of town spouse.

Jason arrived right at the scheduled time (around 8am). I explained I wanted the yearly inspection (lubrication,etc) and a minor problem the door was having. He lowered the tracts and releveled the door, and a couple of other minor adjustments and now the garage door is working very well. He explained everything he did. Will call again next year or anytime I have a problem.

I am very pleased with the service and product provided by Precision Door Service. Our door broke a day before going on vacation and their response was excellent. We eventually purchased a new door rather than repairing our old door; we realized the door was on its last legs. Lo and behold, the new door was installed before we returned home! We are very impressed with the quality of work; everything is level, runs smooth, and new weather stripping was installed on the outside-very well done! Finally, the old door and rails were hauled away as they said they would. Nice job Precision Door, I will definitely recommend you to others should they need a garage door serviced or replaced.

The spring broke on my garage door, snapped in half. Anthony the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options.
