I had my garage door repaired by Al Fleming who was prompt, courteous and provided great service and advice on garage doors. I would definitely use Precision again for future garage door repair or replacement.If I decide to have my garage doors replaced this summer, I would prefer to have the work done by Al Fleming.

Zoran showed up at least a half hour early. He took the time to assess the damage and told me about the price and was very understanding when the amount was more than I expected. He went back to get the parts and estimated it would take about 3 hours to fix. It didn

First, I was happy to see that my repair could happen on the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 3-6 timeframe and Bill actually showed up early which was even better! He did a great job with the repair as well as going over my opener to make sure it runs better. He was able to repair it even better than before I had my issue. Great job, great customer service and well worth the money!

I have had the anguish of waiting all day for a service provider that may or may not show up. I never want our customers to experience that. Usually when we repair a garage door it works better and smoother than before. Our techs tighten and lubricate all the hinges, which makes a big difference. I had just had my garage door rebuilt by Zoran Jovanovic. At the time, he told me that my motor might die sometime this year. He never tried to oversell. I preferred to wait, and my motor died two weeks later. Again, Zoran never tried to sell me the most expensive option, but gave me all of my options. He installed it and I would never believe something could be so quiet. I am so impressed with Precision both for the quality of product and for the quality of service people they hire. Zoran is courteous, thorough and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have had Precision door out to my home for garage door repairs (two completely separate issues). My experience both times has been overwhelmingly positive. The technician that replaced our garage door opener today, Bill Adamini, was timely, courteous, professional, and efficient. Zoran Jovanovic was my technician. He was courteous and professional. At first, I worried that he was doing more than necessary, but when the job was completed, it was obvious that he had done exactly what was needed. I have two single doors, and will request that he come back in the spring and rebuild the other door. I will recommend this company (and Zoran in particular) to all of my friends.

I found Precision from Angie's List. I was impressed with the high ratings the company received from customers in my area. I called for help at 9:30am and talked to very pleasant and professional customer service representative named Allison. Allison was able to schedule an appointment that day and gave me a reasonable time window when to expect my technician, Al Flemming. The e-mail I received from the company before my appointment was great. I was able to see a picture of my technician coming to my house in a few hours and read a quick bio. I liked learning a little about Al and how he enjoys his time with his kids (I found this reassuring - believe it or not). Al came to the house right on time, was professional and walked me through what needed done and the price breakdown - all reasonable and easy to understand; no games. Al repaired all the moving parts to the door, including the spings that snapped. The work was completed very quickly (30 minutes). First thing I noticed was how quiet the door opened and closed - amazing. All around, great experience especially considering I called with my problem at 9:30am and was fixed by 2:40pm that day!!! Great job and will be recommending to everyone I know!!!

This was a great experience. My husband got so frustrated with our old garage door opener panel that he ripped it off the wall. When I bought a new one to replace it, he couldnâ??t get it programed. I call late in the day on a Monday. They came early the next morning and had it programed in 15 minutes! Better yet, all the other remotes still worked!
