I was very pleased with your prompt service. The service tech; Zoran Jovanovic could not have been more helpful. Our garage door needed a lot of work to make it perform properly. Mr. Jovanovic explained all the options available; why certain parts needed to be replaced and helped us to choose the best option for our needs. I found Precision from Angie's List. I was impressed with the high ratings the company received from customers in my area. I called for help at 9:30am and talked to very pleasant and professional customer service representative named Allison. Allison was able to schedule an appointment that day and gave me a reasonable time window when to expect my technician, Al Flemming. The e-mail I received from the company before my appointment was great. I was able to see a picture of my technician coming to my house in a few hours and read a quick bio. I liked learning a little about Al and how he enjoys his time with his kids (I found this reassuring - believe it or not). Al came to the house right on time, was professional and walked me through what needed done and the price breakdown - all reasonable and easy to understand; no games. Al repaired all the moving parts to the door, including the spings that snapped. The work was completed very quickly (30 minutes). First thing I noticed was how quiet the door opened and closed - amazing. All around, great experience especially considering I called with my problem at 9:30am and was fixed by 2:40pm that day!!! Great job and will be recommending to everyone I know!!!

Paul was a rock star. He is an excellent technician and very well mannered. Excellent service. He not only serviced my broken spring and other necessary replacement parts, but also diligently explained how a garage door operates to my 2 children. Paul was a great teacher and the kids loved it. My son gathered some broken parts for his project about pulley's at school that is due in 2 days. Thank you very much Paul. My garage used to sound horrible before, after replacing the rollers, it is so smooth. I would recommend getting this replaced if you have a squeaky garage when you open and close. Overall 5 stars.

We are very pleased with our new opener. It is so quiet and has many safety features that our old one didn't. Matt Petroff was very patient and thorough in explaining the apparatus to me. He was very professional in his work and in cleaning up when he was done. I was especially happy he had all the necessary equipment witH him even though I hadnT ordered it when I made the appointment. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

I was wondering why people write so many nice reviews for a garage door guy, but I have to say I was very happy with Precision so far and will need to use them again, once I decide what to do with my garage door problem. I got a friendly, prompt estimate and no pressure to "decide right now or I can't give you our good price." Instead Jason was understanding that I needed to number crunch in my own head and consult with an out of town spouse.

Jason arrived right at the scheduled time (around 8am). I explained I wanted the yearly inspection (lubrication,etc) and a minor problem the door was having. He lowered the tracts and releveled the door, and a couple of other minor adjustments and now the garage door is working very well. He explained everything he did. Will call again next year or anytime I have a problem.

I am very pleased with the service and product provided by Precision Door Service. Our door broke a day before going on vacation and their response was excellent. We eventually purchased a new door rather than repairing our old door; we realized the door was on its last legs. Lo and behold, the new door was installed before we returned home! We are very impressed with the quality of work; everything is level, runs smooth, and new weather stripping was installed on the outside-very well done! Finally, the old door and rails were hauled away as they said they would. Nice job Precision Door, I will definitely recommend you to others should they need a garage door serviced or replaced.
