We had a broken spring replaced 5 years after a complete overhaul of our garage door and were only charged a service fee. Al Fleming did a very efficient and professional job and was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage door repairs. I was EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of your companyâ?¦from the time I made the call and talked with the secretary to the same-day completion of the project! The repair was done by Zoran Jovanovic. He checked all points and then explained all options to me thoroughly. After I agreed to all of his suggestions, he completed the entire task within a two-hour span and removed all excess material. Once again, he showed me everything he had done and told me the job was completely successful. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends. The professionalism and service are impeccable!

The service was prompt, within hours of calling -- and it was thorough. All the parts were covered under warranty, and the young man was happy to review everything he fixed and even showed me that the spring that was broken was replaced with a slightly larger one to ensure durability.

Service was exceptional. I spoke with Vanessa on the phone & Michael Tyree was at my door in less than an hour. Michael very knowledgeable & professional. He explained everything that needed to be done & why. Michael did the work in a timely fashion, so I could get on with my day. He gets bonus points for giving me credit for the online coupon without making me print it out. I am glad I called Precision. I was impressed by the service.

Thank you for all you and Paul did for me today. Everyone was so willing to alter my appointment as my day unfolded and Paul arrived right when he was expected. Paul was perfect--courteous, very knowledgeable, tested things out before he made any repairs and found the problem right away. I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision Overhead Garage Door. The technician, Bill, called when he was en route and let me know when he would arrive. Bill was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the problems with our garage door and even showed me how worn out the parts were. Prompt response to service call and quickly provided list of identified issues and options to correct them. I decided to purchase a new garage door. Precision replaced my broken springs and replaced a missing bearing to get my existing door working until the new one is installed. All completed in under 2 hours.

i was impressed with the reviews that I read on-line. The repair person, Jason, was very polite and accommodating BUT I had agreed to a new door opener and while Jason was getting ready to do the job I called my brother and he said to stop installation as he told me earlier that it was a "coupler" that needed replacement. So Jason left, my brother went to a Genie store in Burton, bought the coupler for $ 5.00 and the door opener is fixed. As a single woman with no knowledge of door openers, I would have spent in excess of $500.00 but I had someone I could ask. It certainly made me wonder if the fact that I am a woman influenced Jason's decision to suggest a new opener. In fairness to Jason, he did say he would look at the opener in more detail but, of course, then I would have to pay for that service and possibly a new opener in the end. How would a female in your family handle this situation??? was a woman
