Service was excellent. The gentleman was on time, very considerate, and showed quality in his skills. He explained what he was going to do and did all he said was to be done. Afterward, he went over all the changes and asked if I had any questions. He assured me that if anything went wrong that the company will take care of the matter immediately. I do appreciate your company and the people who represents Precision Doors.

I called to have my garage door repaired but unfortunately it was beyond repair. The technician explained why a new door was necessary and immediately worked on some options for us. By the end of the appointment all I had to do was confirm what we wanted with a phone call. Although we went another direction, I would definitely refer Precision. The technician, Paul Broschk, was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as right on time.

Five stars rating for sure. My technician, think I recall his name was Zoran, did a great job. He called me the night before the appointment to see if I had tried some simple fixes before coming out. He was trying to save me money. None of those simple fixes were viable so he came out the following day on time and showed me the issues. He then gave me three price options to consider which I appreciated. He completed the work in about one hour and the door operates perfectly now. Well done!
We appreciate your feedback Mr. Sheets. We always try to do what is in the best interest of our customers. Thank you for choosing Precision Door.

I contacted Precision Overhead Door to check an intermitten issue I was having with the remotes. They came to my house the same afternoon, checked the system, fixed the non-working remote(s) and even set my garage door opening in my car (which gave me fits trying to set). The repair person was on time, curteous and very informative. A true pleasure to do business with!
