We purchased a garage door tune up and roller replacement through Angie's List. Precision Overhead Door was great -- scheduling was a breeze and I was offered very prompt service. Another nice touch was email confirmation of the service call along with a picture of the technician that would be doing the service - so that I would know who to look for. Anthony was our technician and he was very courteous, competent, efficient and honest. We will certainly use Precision for our future garage door needs. Thank you for the great service.

Needed someone ASAP and I saw 24/7, the ad on the front of the telephone book is what i saw first. Actually I didn't expect to pay as much as I did, knowing that a garage door is $300,00. I did not get a door. I thought that $1248.00 was high. The installer was very good. 5 star

My service tech Bill Adamini was awesome. Not only did he repair the remote quickly, he brought my garbage can up from driveway and helped put a aluminum siding piece back on ! There is no other place I would go for anything that has to do with my garage door!

We had a broken spring replaced 5 years after a complete overhaul of our garage door and were only charged a service fee. I was EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of your companyâ?¦from the time I made the call and talked with the secretary to the same-day completion of the project! The repair was done by Zoran Jovanovic. He checked all points and then explained all options to me thoroughly. After I agreed to all of his suggestions, he completed the entire task within a two-hour span and removed all excess material. Once again, he showed me everything he had done and told me the job was completely successful. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends. The professionalism and service are impeccable!

Service was exceptional. I spoke with Vanessa on the phone & Michael Tyree was at my door in less than an hour. Michael very knowledgeable & professional. He explained everything that needed to be done & why. Michael did the work in a timely fashion, so I could get on with my day.
