Last evening, one of the cables on my garage door had disconnected so I called the first garage repair that popped up on the website. I might add that their website seemed to offer everything that I was looking for, 24 hr service, close to my home, and reasonable pricing. I did wonder though, why the telephone number was not a local one, but I called anyway. After numerous rings a man finally answered. I didn't expect someone to answer that didn't speak English well. (Big Turnoff) However, his voice was clear enough for me to understand when he said "How far are you from downtown Cleveland"? (Second Big Turnoff). After listening to him mumble about 10 minutes, I decided to researched the web again and came across Precision. The advertisement and hyperlinks on the webpage made it easy to navigate and find just the right location close to my home. When I called, I heard a very professional and plesant voice. She address my concerns and scheduled me for a service call and email me confirmation. This morning I received a call from my service technician, Al Flemming, not only did he repair the cable on my garage door, he noted the cause of the problem was a broken spring, so I had him replace both of them. I made him aware of my current fixed income situation and he took it upon himself to make my repairs affordable. I would recommend Precision to everyone needing their garage door replaced or repaired. I feel confident that if all of the Precision Service Technicianss are as competent and professional as Al, you will be as satisfied as I am. You may even want to ask if Al Flemming is available. For Al Flemming 5 STARS, For the company 5 STARS and all of the Reps, 5 STARS.

My husband called early in the morning because the springs on the door totally broke the night before(and cars were stuck inside). Al came out super fast and fixed quickly. All we paid was the service call because the springs were under warranty. Fantastic company, won't call anyone else! Highly recommend.

Same day service with a prompt arrival, quick repair, informative, and communicated well. Zoran was a professional. All this on a weekend. I don't pretend to know what a cost for this type of service ought to be, so that was my only concern.

The service tech was polite and efficient. He adjusted the garage door so that it fit snuggly on the concrete thereby preventing snow and wind from coming under the door.

We were having an issue with our cheap garage door opener which the builder put in before we purchased the house (2006 built). Bill troubleshooted the issue and replaced the opener, he also gave us a demonstration on how the new unit works and what settings the opener has. While Bill was installing the opener we were talking about how builders cut costs by putting in shotty products seeing how I already had to replace a water heater, furnace, and appliances in our home. Bill looked over the door and noticed that the spring was rusted out, the wheels were plastic instead of metal for the type of door we had, and the cables pulling up the door were frayed. Bill said that we had a couple of months before we would start having more issues with the door. I had Bill go ahead and replace all the parts that were deteriorating. Bill was very nice and professional on getting our door back up and working and I appreciate the fact that he looked over the door to fix any other issues we might have had. I would definitely do business with Precision door again.
