Yesterday, I accidentally left the lid open on the garbage can and put the garage door down. The door did not stop when it hit the lid. It continued down and then went back up, which resulted in the tracks being bent, the door coming off the tracks, and then just hanging there. In short, it was an unsafe mangled mess. I called another company and they said they were not available till Monday for appointments, so I called Precision, which made an appointment for Saturday. The technician called Saturday morning and was able to come earlier than anticipated. He explained the problem to me, what would be required to fix the problem, and then expertly fixed the door. The price was very reasonable, and overall the service was fabulous. I now have a safer, well functioning, garage door. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used your service, both times Zoran Jovanovic was the repairman. He is excellent…provided professionalism, responded both by phone and in person within twenty-four hours, explained things in layman's terms, and thoroughly checked everything before leaving. Mr. Jovanovic repaired the problem of the eye very quickly. He then put cages around both of them to prevent them from getting out of alignment again. Very informative visit......learned a lot about garage doors and their proper operation. I had to replace a 30 year old opener and a couple of springs. The opener was a must....my old springs weren't broken, but potentially had a short life span left. Although the repair was more than what I had hoped, I felt comfortable in the technician's explanations and recommendations. I didn't feel any 'high pressure' or believe I was being mislead on work that wasn't required. I've got no complaints. 5 star

I found the company by searching online. After reading some of the reviews and noting the 24/7 service, I called at noon on a Saturday and was told a technician would be at my home between 4 & 6 that afternoon to fix my broken spring. What was nice is that a live person answered the phone rather than having to set up my appointment via voicemails or recorded messages. Within an hour I received a call from the technician, Ryan, who said he could be at my home by 1:30. He showed up when promised, explained all of my options regarding the repairs, including the price for each option, and completed the work well within the estimated timeframe. He was professional, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and made sure I understood what was done before he left. I am very pleased with the service provided and gladly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Last evening, one of the cables on my garage door had disconnected so I called the first garage repair that popped up on the website. I might add that their website seemed to offer everything that I was looking for, 24 hr service, close to my home, and reasonable pricing. I did wonder though, why the telephone number was not a local one, but I called anyway. After numerous rings a man finally answered. I didn't expect someone to answer that didn't speak English well. (Big Turnoff) However, his voice was clear enough for me to understand when he said "How far are you from downtown Cleveland"? (Second Big Turnoff). After listening to him mumble about 10 minutes, I decided to researched the web again and came across Precision. The advertisement and hyperlinks on the webpage made it easy to navigate and find just the right location close to my home. When I called, I heard a very professional and plesant voice. She address my concerns and scheduled me for a service call and email me confirmation. This morning I received a call from my service technician, Al Flemming, not only did he repair the cable on my garage door, he noted the cause of the problem was a broken spring, so I had him replace both of them. I made him aware of my current fixed income situation and he took it upon himself to make my repairs affordable. I would recommend Precision to everyone needing their garage door replaced or repaired. I feel confident that if all of the Precision Service Technicianss are as competent and professional as Al, you will be as satisfied as I am. You may even want to ask if Al Flemming is available. My husband called early in the morning because the springs on the door totally broke the night before(and cars were stuck inside). Al came out super fast and fixed quickly. All we paid was the service call because the springs were under warranty. Fantastic company, won't call anyone else! Highly recommend.

Same day service with a prompt arrival, quick repair, informative, and communicated well. Zoran was a professional. All this on a weekend. I don't pretend to know what a cost for this type of service ought to be, so that was my only concern.
