I called late on a Friday and Zoran was there within the allotted window. He was very knowledgeable and described in detail what needed fixed. Since he didn't have exactly what was needed, we scheduled for Sunday morning and he was done with all of it by noon. The garage hasn't worked that well or quietly since we've been here. Z was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and everything else you could ask for. Insisted on getting the job done right even when he encountered some unanticipated problems and it took a little longer. Explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. Zoren(known as Z,in your office,I believe)did an outstanding job in re-incarnating my 19 year old garage door that expired the previous evening with a broken spring and cables. The replacements and the workmanship came with a life time warranty and a lucid explanation of the logic behind replacing with two springs and choice of replacements.Because of him I have recommended your company to several householders and have told them to ask for Z.

Z came out and gave our door a tuneup, new rollers, and leveled the door. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the door and pointing out upcoming issues. I really appreciated his candor pointing out how the previous owner went the cheap route and his recommendations in the future. I will be requesting Z in the future for further repairs.

I could not believe the service I received. The technician listened to what I wanted done, gave me a price, and proceeded to do exactly what was needed. No additional parts; no additional sales pressure; and a completely fixed door and opener. Would I recommend Precision? Not only Yes, but Hell Yes!
