We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours. I was very glad you could come out on a Saturday afternoon. I thought it was because you would be able to help. I wish you would have asked for a model number on the phone before you came out. The tech just looked at it said it is broken and he cannot do anything as it is such an outdated unit. I already knew that and didn't need to spend 65.00 for someone else to tell me that.
