Overall a very pleasant experience. Technician was knowledgeable. He did have to run back to the shop for a shorter track, as he did not have one of the correct length on the truck, but that is understandable. I am deducting one star, however, for the fact that he forgot to install the light bulbs! Not a huge deal.

The brackets snapped off of our garage door cables. Within 2 hours of calling Precision Overhead Door the technician Bill Adamini was at our door to repair. We requested him as he had done such a great job in August 2015 when our cables snapped. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He honored a 15$ coupon I found online. Matt Petroff called and was at my home in twenty minutes. Confirmed the spring needed to be replaced and gave me options. I chose to have both springs replaced and he had the job completed in an hour as estimated. This was on a Saturday afternoon and was a life savor for us. A rating of 5!

Paul was our technician. He was really patient and explained the answers to all of our questions. The technician Mr. Al Fleming was at my home when I returned from our Anual Church picnic, I was informed he would be at my location between the hours of 5:00 to 8:00p.m. But luckily for me he arrived about 2:30p.m. He introduced himself and I appraised him of the nature of the problem and he advised me the options I had. I chose the recommended option however because of a misunderstanding of the three options (Good, better, and naturally the best) consequently after we concluded, he continued with number two option (Better) he completed his task without any hesitation. Mr. Fleming was very professional and I was happy with his work. I chose "Precision after reading the bio of the technicians and I am happy with the choice I have selected. Amazing, that within 90 minute of my emergency call at 6:00 p.m., and 45 minutes after his arrival, Al had my door respiring and completely refurbished and on my way by 7:30. Must admit that I was stunned by the cost. $854.00 after a $249.00 discount was a shock. Unit cost of parts seemed beyond reality. Al the service man was efficient, knowledgable and professional in all respects.

PRECISION DOOR INSTALLED A DOOR OPENER TWO YEARS AGO AND I CONSIDER THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCT AS FIVE STAR. TODAY THERE WAS A LOUD METAL ON METAL NOISE TO BE CORRECTED. PRECISION'S TECHNICIAN MATT PETROFF'S SWIFT INVESTIGATION AND SERVICE FOUND THAT THE SPRINGS AND DOOR NEEDED LUBRICATING AND THE OPENER WAS TREATED WITH GREASE. PROBLEM SOLVED QUICKLY.

Chris called prior to scheduled appointment and was there when he said that he would. Chris was very courteous and pleasant. Besides the spring needing to be replaced, he pointed out that the bearings were wobbly, the nylon rollers were wearing, and that the cable was compromised when the torsion spring broke. Based on his recommendations, we went ahead with all of these changes which came with a lifetime warranty. We are very satisified. Five stars.
