He determined our opener could not be fixed and had to be replaced, but cautioned us that a new opener could be damaged by the current state of our garage doors. He walked us through our door options, made a few recommendations based on our home design, and finalized a package (door and opener) that would solve our grarage door problem. Service was quick and great. Had an issue and had to quickly search online for a place. Called around 4:30 and they scheduled for 6-8pm. The technician, Anthony Wise, was able to come early. He called first to confirm that it was ok to come early. He arrived quickly and figured out the issue right away. He provided 3 options and explained each. His work was quick and good. Turned a frustration situation around and made it much easier for us.

Service - John Gilles came out on 11/27/2017 and replaced a broken operator J bar arm bracket. John recommended I should also consider replacing my slightly torn and weakened upper (horizontal) strut support U bar. He had Precision Door order the correct 15' galvanized U bar support and then returned on 12/01/2017 to install it. John Gilles was timely, extremely courteous and 100% professional. The overhead door is operating quietly and smoothly - perfect. And yes, I'm impressed and thrilled with my first time service repair with your company! I have another home nearby on the lake I built 9 years with a 18 foot overhead door. I want to replace the torsion springs based entirely on age and cycles used . I will definitely be scheduling this replacement with Precision Door very soon and plan on advising my neighbors of your professional service people. It's also very comforting to get a live answer instead of automated-voicemails that so many other service businesses are using in today's tech world. Thanks again John Gilles!

I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!

I have to admit that when our garage door broke less than a month after being repaired, I was not very happy. The fact that I was trapped at home and had to miss my morning obligations made me even more upset. But, once again, "Super Bill Adamini" came to our rescue! Not only did he head our way as quickly as he could, he arrived well before the time he was expected. Bill is so kind and compassionate that he felt really bad that we had an issue so soon. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the reason for the malfunction, which made total sense. Bill made the repairs and even took the time to show me how to manually open the garage door in the unlikely event that something goes wrong in the future. Bill was so thoughtful that he also lowered the cord he taught me to pull so I wouldn't have to reach too high to grasp it. Now, Bill, it's not that I don't like seeing you, but let's hope that next time it won't be under such stressful circumstances!
