Matt Petroff is an excellent technician! He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, did a temporary fix until my husband cleared the boxes from the center of the garage. He returned at the appointed time another day, worked diligently, explained how it operated, helped me program the code, gave me my remotes and written instructions, and even put light bulbs in the overhead panel. Great job, very pleased, very quiet operating system, and definitely a 5 star performance! I would certainly recommend Matt and Precision Door to anyone. I heard about the company through Angie's List membership, and am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of product.

I was able to make an appointment right away, good customer service. Paul Broschk was my technician, awesome guy. Knowledgeable, efficient, and just all-around personable. Thought the new equipment (spring, cables, bearings, etc) was a little steep in price, especially after some research, but, quality-looking and warranty backed. I would recommend and use their services again.

I chose Precision Door because they were well rated on Angie's list and I was impressed with their website. Paul Broschk was my technician. He was on time, very informative, courteous and personable. No complaints with his service. I had called to have the garage door opener repaired but ended up needing a new "lift" system (I had a broken spring in a system which was no longer made) and a new garage door opener. They only sold 2 garage door openers and both were on the high end of the price range. It would have been nice to have had a printed receipt. Other than being a bit pricey, I was very satisfied with the service.

My installer was as good a salesman as he was a repairman. Had I not had as many tools and things that needed protected with a closed door, I may have researched pricing a little better. The installer was very friendly and did a wonderful job replacing all the parts to get the door working. He was very competent and I would recommend him for his work. I just feel the cost was very high.

We installed a garage door opener and we needed some miner repairs done to make sure the door would work properly.
