The technician was AWESOME!! He was very informative and let me know everything he was doing. Great tech and an even better person. I'd give him and your company 10 stars but since you only allow 5 that's what I'll give. He replaced spring, rollers and cables. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Technician was knowledgeable. He did have to run back to the shop for a shorter track, as he did not have one of the correct length on the truck, but that is understandable. I am deducting one star, however, for the fact that he forgot to install the light bulbs! Not a huge deal.

The brackets snapped off of our garage door cables. Within 2 hours of calling Precision Overhead Door the technician Bill Adamini was at our door to repair. We requested him as he had done such a great job in August 2015 when our cables snapped. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He honored a 15$ coupon I found online. Matt Petroff called and was at my home in twenty minutes. Confirmed the spring needed to be replaced and gave me options. I chose to have both springs replaced and he had the job completed in an hour as estimated. This was on a Saturday afternoon and was a life savor for us. A rating of 5!

Anthony was the repair technician that worked on my garage door. After his assessment of the garage door he gave me the choice of three different costs to choose from. He was very professional. He was very efficient in the installation of the garage door opener and taking care of all the other repairs that the door needed. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know that needs work on their garage door. I am very pleased with the work that Anthony did and would give him five stars. If I ever need anything done on my garage door in the future I definitely will call Precision.

Paul was our technician. He was really patient and explained the answers to all of our questions. I did not understand why different parts mattered and Paul guided us down the path to a great decision. He did not hard sell or pressure us and I feel great about the service. I called Precision as I saw that they had a very good rating on Angie's List and asked them to come and repair my garage door. One spring had broken and it seemed to be making more noise than it should. Will Coad came out, on time, and responded in a very professional manner. He explained multiple options very clearly and didn't try to sway me away from my decision. The work was done quickly and it works great!

The technician Mr. Al Fleming was at my home when I returned from our Anual Church picnic, I was informed he would be at my location between the hours of 5:00 to 8:00p.m. But luckily for me he arrived about 2:30p.m. He introduced himself and I appraised him of the nature of the problem and he advised me the options I had. I chose the recommended option however because of a misunderstanding of the three options (Good, better, and naturally the best) consequently after we concluded, he continued with number two option (Better) he completed his task without any hesitation. Mr. Fleming was very professional and I was happy with his work. I chose "Precision after reading the bio of the technicians and I am happy with the choice I have selected. I certainly will use Precision in the future,and by all means recommend them to my friends who are thinking of a garage door upgrade or repairs to be done. In conclusion, I Wish to extend my gratitude to you for a job well done. My wife and I thank you for your promptness and your expediency in which you tackle the task at hand. You truly lived-up to your Company's name "Precision".

Amazing, that within 90 minute of my emergency call at 6:00 p.m., and 45 minutes after his arrival, Al had my door respiring and completely refurbished and on my way by 7:30. Must admit that I was stunned by the cost. $854.00 after a $249.00 discount was a shock. Unit cost of parts seemed beyond reality. Al the service man was efficient, knowledgable and professional in all respects.

Precision Door is the go to company in the Cleveland and surrounding area for garage door repair. They not only have an excellent staff, being my technician was Paul Broschk who was professional and very knowledgeable. But they were on time and honored their word. Paul took the time t evaluate my problem and present me with a couple of options for repair. He explained what needed to be done and did the job quickly and now my door is like brand new. Your repair man installed new springs. He was very polite and professional and explained everything that he would be doing. I was thrilled when he told me the springs were covered by warranty. I found your company several years ago in the white pages and when the spring broke this year, I had the repair sticker still on my garage door. Thank you for a job well done!

The whole experience was excellent! From the initial call to the service tech Dave. I was walked through the troubleshooting and repair process and was not pushed to buy a new unit or unneeded services. Professional, honest and courteous....well done guys!
