We have been customers of this company since at least 2006. At 11pm our spring broke on garage door. I was able to call and speak to a real person to set up appointment for the next day. John Franks was out texhnician and he is excellent. I 5 star recommend Precision Door. Superb service. All ways.

We could not be happier with Precision! When our opener springs broke on a Sunday, leaving our garage door inoperable, we called Precision- fearing the dreaded extra charges for weekend/holidays. The Precision representative that we reached by phone was polite and was able to schedule a service visit the same day. I called around 10 am and our appointment was set for between 8-9 pm, but our technician, Bill, called me about 15 minutes later to see if earlier would work. Bill actually fit us in that morning! He was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our springs. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Bill was able to easily pull up our account history because Precision uses today’s technology, so everything is accessible on computer tablets. The only cost that we incurred was the service call fee because our broken springs were covered by the lifetime warranty and there was no extra charge for weekends! Yay! Thank you Bill for you excellent(and quick!) service. We are so happy we chose Precision!

He determined our opener could not be fixed and had to be replaced, but cautioned us that a new opener could be damaged by the current state of our garage doors. He walked us through our door options, made a few recommendations based on our home design, and finalized a package (door and opener) that would solve our grarage door problem. Service - John Gilles came out on 11/27/2017 and replaced a broken operator J bar arm bracket. John recommended I should also consider replacing my slightly torn and weakened upper (horizontal) strut support U bar. He had Precision Door order the correct 15' galvanized U bar support and then returned on 12/01/2017 to install it. John Gilles was timely, extremely courteous and 100% professional. The overhead door is operating quietly and smoothly - perfect. And yes, I'm impressed and thrilled with my first time service repair with your company! I have another home nearby on the lake I built 9 years with a 18 foot overhead door. I want to replace the torsion springs based entirely on age and cycles used . I will definitely be scheduling this replacement with Precision Door very soon and plan on advising my neighbors of your professional service people. It's also very comforting to get a live answer instead of automated-voicemails that so many other service businesses are using in today's tech world. Thanks again John Gilles!
