I found your number on the website and called. I was set up with an appointment right away and Eric came to assess the problem. He was punctual, courteous and fixed the door that afternoon. He replaced the spring, the rollers, the pulleys, the cables, pretty much everything but the door itself! I am very pleased with the work and my garage door has never worked this well! Our garage door first refused to open at 8:00 one evening. By noon the next day, Mitch from Precision had completely rebuilt the door for us. He appeared promptly on time, was couteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I found Precision on Angie's List, where it was very highly rated. In my opinion, Precision deserves all the accolades it receives. This probably is not the cheapest door service it is possible to find, but it worth every cent you pay for it.

Al was quick to respond, evaluating the situation first and then following up to replace the 20 year old openers, rollers and remotes. Everything worked great the first time and the doors are so quite now when they open and close. Great job Al!!

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision about 2:00 and someone was at my house by 4:00. Mitch and Tom were my technician's and they were both wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Precision to everyone. It is a shame more companies do not operate like this one.

I called Precision Door Service because of a special offered by Angie's List. I was impressed from the minute I called to make the appointment. This company is well-organized and offers first-rate service from the beginning until the end. Brad explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He never pressured me to do more. Although, end the end, I chose to purchase more than what was offered in the special. He fixed my noisy door, and after he was done, I felt more confident that my garage door was safe. I really appreciated Brad's professionalism.

I was very pleased with our service from Precision Door. Matt, our technician, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several options, from repair to replacement, with absolutely no pressure. Given the age of our opener (15 yrs) we opted to replace it. Matt finished the installation quickly and efficiently, took time to explain and demonstrate the features, and helped me set up the keyless entry. Great service, and we will gladly recommend your company in the future!

Brad did a good job. I thought it was a very expensive replacement of two springs, however. I don't mind paying for good work and good service, but the price was very high. Brad came back on Saturday morning, just as he said he would do, we did agree that he would call us to confirm that he would come, and he did not do that. As I mentioned previously, however, Brad did a very good job. He was quick, and he was honest.
We are glad that you appreciate quality work and excellent service. At Precision that is our hallmark. I do appreciate you pointing out that Brad did not call on his way, that is so unlike him. This gives us the opportunity to become better. Thank you.

In the past two years we've had Al out for two different repairs on our garage door. We called because they advertise 24 hour service. Loved that they called ahead to let us know he was running early. Fast, friendly & courteous! Al explained the state of our door and why we didn't have to invest in a new door at this time. We will call them in the future for a new install or future repair. Love love love the number kep pad opener. So convenient!
