Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come. Precision has serviced us with excellent workmanship and honest follow-up on their lifetime warranty. My original service with Precision was in 2007 and had cables go bad three times since then (this is 2013. Precision has stood behind their warranty and replaced the cables with no charge. The service technicians have always been professional and right on the mark with the repair. My last call was not cable related and the technician Matt Petroff honed in on the problem immediately. He is a very professional person with a compassion for his work. I will ask for him in the future if needed. Also I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to my friends if and when they are in need of Precision's service.

I am a member of Angies List and Precision has great reviews so I made an appointment because our spring busted on the garage door. Anthony Wise came and did a terrific job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. the product (springs) were so much better grade than what we had. He explained about the rebuild program and we decided to have him come back and do that and also replace weather strip on bottom. we would request Anthony again

I decided to try Precision after reading all the reviews on Angie's List. I do not regret my decision. One can find less expensive companies to do this kind of work, but Precision is all about quality. And don't forget the lifetime warranty on their parts. My technician, Bill, came on time. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and let me know his analysis and all my options. He recommended certain things without pushing or trying to upsell. He informed me and allowed me to make a decision. In addition to the new opener (with remotes and keypads), I had a complete door refurbish done (springs, cables, rollers, etc.). In a few years when I consider a new door, I will definitely call Precision.

My garage door came off the rails of the opener mechanism. My technician Anthony was very quick and responsive, accurately diagnosing the problem and fixed it, even over the holiday weekend. First off excellent service. Woke up to find springs on door broke and needed to get out of garage. Called precision and were able to get out within 2-3 hours from call. Bill called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. When he got here, he fixed all he could so I could close the garage door. I agree that I needed a new one though. He was courteous, professional, fair in price, and knew his business. I'm sure he'll do just as well on the door installation on May 3rd.

I picked your company out based on your website only. I had no references to pick out any other way. Your rep came out the same day I called and was very helpful. I received very good service from all three technicians, Anthony, Jim, and especially Brad. When doing the final steps to installing my garage door, Brad noticed that my door was off center, due to settling of my house. He made some adjustments and my garage door looks great. He also took extra time to clean and fix my original door opener, which was not working due to my sensors being messed up. It was above and beyond the work he was there to do. We recently purchased a home and had Precision come out and inspect/tune up the garage doors and put in a new keypad. Anthony was right on time, I explained what we were looking to accomplish, he went over a couple options, and we decided on a few minor repairs to ensure the doors were at their optimal function, since they were a little older.
