We were very pleased with Precision Door Services. From our phone call interaction with Cameron who set up our appointment quickly and efficiently, to Zoran, our technician, who was on time, professional, and very friendly, to the image the company portrays with their vehicles; everything went smoothly and well. We had a warranty on our springs since we used Precision 11 years ago; the warranty was honored. We would use Precision again.

Called another Garage door company on Saturday to repair a broken Spring. The employee told me there would be a $350 extra charge to come out on the weekend and/or after hours. He said I could call on Monday morning at 8 AM to schedule service, but there was no guarantee they could come out on the same day because Monday's "are really busy". Sunday morning I searched the internet for another company and found Precision. Weekend and Evening appointments at no extra charge!! I called and the excellent receptionist scheduled me for service to arrive in less than 3 hours. My technician, Bill Adamini, was polite, professional, and did the job correctly, at a reasonable price! With so many bad experiences with sub-par businesses, it was refreshing to see a company like Precision. Many thanks and keep up the good work!! All companies should operate like yours!!

Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. Our tech, John Franks, was super polite and courteous. He was right on time and repairs the door within an hour. We highly recommend Precision Door and Thank you for the top notch service.

Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future. Glad they were able to accommodate on the weekend after I accidentally damaged one of the door tracks and could not close the garage door. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The door itself is shot and needs to be replaced so he took measurements and I said that come spring I'll be looking to you guys to install a new door.

Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? How about you return my $1000 deposit and I’ll go shopping elsewhere!
