Called another Garage door company on Saturday to repair a broken Spring. The employee told me there would be a $350 extra charge to come out on the weekend and/or after hours. He said I could call on Monday morning at 8 AM to schedule service, but there was no guarantee they could come out on the same day because Monday's "are really busy". Sunday morning I searched the internet for another company and found Precision. Weekend and Evening appointments at no extra charge!! I called and the excellent receptionist scheduled me for service to arrive in less than 3 hours. My technician, Bill Adamini, was polite, professional, and did the job correctly, at a reasonable price! With so many bad experiences with sub-par businesses, it was refreshing to see a company like Precision. Many thanks and keep up the good work!! All companies should operate like yours!!

Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. Our tech, John Franks, was super polite and courteous. He was right on time and repairs the door within an hour. We highly recommend Precision Door and Thank you for the top notch service.

Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future. Glad they were able to accommodate on the weekend after I accidentally damaged one of the door tracks and could not close the garage door. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The door itself is shot and needs to be replaced so he took measurements and I said that come spring I'll be looking to you guys to install a new door.

John Franks replaced the gasket on the bottom of my garage door, checked the operation of the door and opener, and lubricated the door. I was concerned about mice entering my garage around the ends of the old gasket. He performed the work in a very professional manner and gave me a lot of good information about maintaining the door. I really appreciated John giving a call to let me know he was on the way to my house.

Paul was awesome! I know about nothing when it comes to garage doors but Paul was so helpful explaining everything he was seeing and showing me what the issues were and making me feel like I was making an informed decision. I was a little uncertain about the whole process, and Precision was the first I encountered on the net. Also, I had received a coupon in the mail. William was knowledgeable, and seems to have done just what I needed today. My old opener had probably been damaged by an electrical surge; at any rate, it had quit working completely, even after I changed the capacitor. It was great to get it done in one day, and I couldn't have done the job myself.
