Anthony was excellent. First, he greeted my wife with courtesy and respect as they joked until I got there. The problem was analyzed immediately and solution identified. He realigned the cable/pulley and fixed the bent track. Problem resolved in 15-30 minutes; works smooth as silk. We discussed maintenance, replacement of opener. Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? How about you return my $1000 deposit and I’ll go shopping elsewhere!
