Oh my gosh. Bill was amazing! He immediately recognized the springs on the door were from Precision many, many years ago. Since the springs are lifetime warranty, he replaced BOTH SPRINGS for just a service charge! Bill sat with my sister and her aide until I got there. They liked Bill so much they wanted me to break a spring to get him back! LOL!

Called Precision in the morning with major problems resulting in no access to our autos. Technician Greg came out a 1/2 hr. earlier than scheduled. The COLD weather didn't slow Greg down one bit. He dove in and corrected ALL the many problems with our garage door. Personable, professional and efficient are the 3 words that describe Greg best. I would also like to thank the operator who handled my call and set up the appointment. How refreshing, to deal with people who know what the he## they're doing !

Paul was very nice and helpful It turned out that my garage door had ice underneath it and that was causing it to have trouble opening. I managed to get it open, but he told me what the problem was .Paul checked everything and sprayed something to keep it from sticking, he even shoveled some of the snow by it. He told me to call and ask from him if I had any problems

I was checking the company out at 3am. I was shocked to find out they could come at 9am. The selected opener is fantastic. The work was done very nearly. Zoran was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even asked if he could come 15 minutes earlier than my 4pm appointment. All boxes/ rubbish was collected and taken away. Would highly recommend!!! My son uses them too and is extremely satisfied with their work and warranties.

Bill just came out to replace the garage door spring. He did an awesome job and explained everything about the spring. In doing so, he noticed the cable on one side was frayed, not a good thing. It would have meant another service call soon. We saw the problem and had him replace BOTH cables. In June we had a "fly by night" person replace one cable, It was thinner and he charged twice as much for that cable. In fact the spring AND 2 cables came to only $60 more than the previous person. We highly recommend Precision. Give them a try, you will be very happy with the service call.
