John Franks replaced the gasket on the bottom of my garage door, checked the operation of the door and opener, and lubricated the door. I was concerned about mice entering my garage around the ends of the old gasket. He performed the work in a very professional manner and gave me a lot of good information about maintaining the door. I really appreciated John giving a call to let me know he was on the way to my house.

I was a little uncertain about the whole process, and Precision was the first I encountered on the net. Also, I had received a coupon in the mail. William was knowledgeable, and seems to have done just what I needed today. My old opener had probably been damaged by an electrical surge; at any rate, it had quit working completely, even after I changed the capacitor. It was great to get it done in one day, and I couldn't have done the job myself.

Precision Door comes through when you need them. They do a thorough check of the garage door status, keep great records, and take care of what needs to be done. Matt was personable, knows what he is doing, and made repairs quickly and efficiently. It is a pleasure working with Precision Door! I would definitely recommend them for all garage repair needs. I called Precision, a referral from my brother, after the spring on my garage door broke. My info was taken down in detail and I was given a time frame for service, which was very quick. Rep "John" came and did an excellent job in repairing my door, added new cables too, and explained everything he was doing, and why. He was very polite, efficient, considerate and informative. I'd definitely recommend Precision.

My call taker was quick and courteous. He got my info correct the first time I said it! Bill, the tech, was even earlier than was scheduled the day I called. (The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring. He was courteous, told me what had to be done, gave me the fee up front and fixed the problem in no time.

5 stars We googled garage door repair, looking for someone who seemed reliable and could come out that evening. I was making the call for our daughter & son-in-law as they were both at work. Having problem with the door not staying down. Would like this repaired so would not have concerns while at work. Liked the information I read so called to ask more about the company and would you be able to service them this evening? Sorry, but I forget the name of the woman I talked with. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Has a pleasing voice. Was able to assign a technician to arrive between 4 and 6:00. Zoran arrived by 4:30. Very pleasant. He thoroughly explained all options for the repair. We felt no pressure in choosing the entire mechanism to be replaced rather than just the repair of a couple parts. You feel somewhat leery contacting a company for service when the only thing you know about them is the on-line information. Glad we took a chance on Precision.
