Bill just came out to replace the garage door spring. He did an awesome job and explained everything about the spring. In doing so, he noticed the cable on one side was frayed, not a good thing. It would have meant another service call soon. We saw the problem and had him replace BOTH cables. In June we had a "fly by night" person replace one cable, It was thinner and he charged twice as much for that cable. In fact the spring AND 2 cables came to only $60 more than the previous person. We highly recommend Precision. Give them a try, you will be very happy with the service call.

Piece on my opener snapped. Came out next day on a Saturday. Installed a new unit quickly. Helped me out with a couple other aspects of the door and also helped to reprogram the openers built into our cars. Good service.

I id not have an emergency and said no reason to come out right away, I just have a noisy door. They still gave me an appointment the very next day and for the time frame I requested. I love that they send you an email confirmation with the Tech's name that will be there and also provide their photo. Tech was on time as always, super friendly and knowledgeable. I trust Precision totally due to prior experiences with them and this was no different. Very very happy with the Tech Paul B and his recommendation. He worked so fast and the door is perfect now. Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.
