I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. From my initial contact through the installation I found people both courteous and professional. The response time was unbelievable! I had a representative at my door within a few hours. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The work was completed timely and again he spent time with us going over the new features. Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

Hi, the technician was wonderful. The problem was not solved today. I still do not know what caused the garage door to start bending or bowing in the center. I had no problems with the door before this started happening. The technician was not really able to test my garage door opener to see if it was functioning properly, because he did not want to damage the door any further which I understood. Therefore. he was not really able to tell me what caused the the problem.

We called Precision and we were able to get next day service. Our technician Paul was excellent. He took the time to explain our options and we decided to get a new opener. Installation was less than an hour and Paul explained the entire procedure to us and explained all the workings of the new opener very clearly. Very satisfied with Precision Door Service.

I called Precision Door to get an estimate on replacing my garage door opener. I needed the whole shebang, motor, remotes, keypad, etc. The tech came out, explained all my options, and when I asked about scheduling, said he could do it on the spot. I was super excited since I was starting a new job and trying to cram in a bunch of home projects, so it saved me a ton of hassle. Bill was super nice, easy to talk to and understand, and just flat out a pleasure to work with. I would recommend these guys 100% to anyone.

Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. He made sure travel, spacing, lubrication, and safety functions were all in order. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering I had never used Precision Door before. The Service Tech, was polite and professional. He notified when he would be out before he came. He adjusted my springs and was able to install the weather barrier on the bottom of the door. He suggested a few things to keep my eye on and then he was off to his next service call. The service tech was fast, clean and polite. I would recommend them for any of your service needs.

On October 24,2020, Precision Door Service was extremely responsive and coming to my home to repair a broken spring and cables. After calling they sent a technician within less than 24 hours. We could not of asked for a better customer experience with our technician Greg Carden who expertly serviced our double car garage door and also provided excellent customer service and knowledge in answering all our questions. We are looking to replacing our doors sometime next year and Precision will definitely be our chose of providers when we are ready.
