I read at least a dozen reviews on Paul Broschk prior to him installing my new garage door opener and every one of them was very positive. Now that the job is done I can honestly say that I agree completely with all of them. Great job Paul!

We've used Precision several times now - very happy with the company. It's easy to get appointments within a couple days. The technicians know what they are doing and offer a variety of solutions based on different price points, running through the pros and cons of each. They arrive on time and are very pleasant to work with.

John, (the service representative) remembered me and even my dog (who has since past) though he had not serviced my garage since 2019. Today he immediately spotted the problem and resolved the issue right away. As always, he was courteous and thoroughly explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Before he left, he had me checked the running of my garage door. A kind note about him, before he left, he expressed his condolences regarding the loss of my dog.

Oh my gosh. Bill was amazing! He immediately recognized the springs on the door were from Precision many, many years ago. Since the springs are lifetime warranty, he replaced BOTH SPRINGS for just a service charge! Bill sat with my sister and her aide until I got there. They liked Bill so much they wanted me to break a spring to get him back! LOL!

Called Precision in the morning with major problems resulting in no access to our autos. Technician Greg came out a 1/2 hr. earlier than scheduled. The COLD weather didn't slow Greg down one bit. He dove in and corrected ALL the many problems with our garage door. Personable, professional and efficient are the 3 words that describe Greg best. I would also like to thank the operator who handled my call and set up the appointment. How refreshing, to deal with people who know what the he## they're doing !

Paul was very nice and helpful It turned out that my garage door had ice underneath it and that was causing it to have trouble opening. I managed to get it open, but he told me what the problem was .Paul checked everything and sprayed something to keep it from sticking, he even shoveled some of the snow by it. He told me to call and ask from him if I had any problems
