My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. He made sure travel, spacing, lubrication, and safety functions were all in order. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering I had never used Precision Door before. I will DEFINITELY be using Precision Door again for future needs and I would recommend Bill (and Precision in general) to any friends/neighbors/colleagues in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

The Service Tech, was polite and professional. He notified when he would be out before he came. He adjusted my springs and was able to install the weather barrier on the bottom of the door. He suggested a few things to keep my eye on and then he was off to his next service call. The service tech was fast, clean and polite. I would recommend them for any of your service needs.

On October 24,2020, Precision Door Service was extremely responsive and coming to my home to repair a broken spring and cables. After calling they sent a technician within less than 24 hours. We could not of asked for a better customer experience with our technician Greg Carden who expertly serviced our double car garage door and also provided excellent customer service and knowledge in answering all our questions. We are looking to replacing our doors sometime next year and Precision will definitely be our chose of providers when we are ready.

Anthony Wise showed up with a great attitude and was very helpful when answering my questions. It is very possible that you will be returning to install a new garage door for us because now I trust you. Feeling comfortable with the tech that shows up is important and Anthony is the type of guy you want to show up for your job. Work was completed in a timely manner and he worked clean. Garage door works perfectly now and wife is happy - a win-win for both of us. Anthony was excellent. First, he greeted my wife with courtesy and respect as they joked until I got there. The problem was analyzed immediately and solution identified. He realigned the cable/pulley and fixed the bent track. Problem resolved in 15-30 minutes; works smooth as silk. We discussed maintenance, replacement of opener. Very quick response of website/phone chats. A bit pricey at $385, but it pays to get it right, right away. Dr. J.

Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? How about you return my $1000 deposit and I’ll go shopping elsewhere!

From our phone call interaction with Cameron who set up our appointment quickly and efficiently, to Zoran, our technician, who was on time, professional, and very friendly, to the image the company portrays with their vehicles; everything went smoothly and well. Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem.
