Contacted Precision Door mainly because of the great number of positive reviews. Quality work is important to me. After contacting them I was advised a tech would be sent out within hours, which I was vert happy to hear. Gentleman arrived within the time frame I was told he would be here, he was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and gave recommendation for a replacement opener. He started the installation immediately and I was very happy with his quality of work. After installation he took the time to walk me through all the new items this new door opened had .Very happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Would definitely use this company again.

Came home from work and spring broke in garage door. Seen precision was highly recommended in neighborhood group so tried them out. Super happy I did. Was out to house in less than a hour. Greg Carden was our tech. Found the problem and took his time to explain the options for repair. We went with full over haul and a new opener since things were older. He had everything changed out and running in about hour and half. Price was great for everything and Greg took time to explain and program everything. Highly recommend

Al and Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Al’s knowledge and honesty saved me a considerable amount of money. I thought I needed a new lift spring, but Al explained all I needed was a lift arm. Days later I discovered that I had locked myself out of the garage because my remote was not working. Al offered to help me open the door and went on to program the remote for me, all at no extra charge. I highly recommend Al and Precision Garage Door for both their expertise as well as their integrity. Great service after the sale!

Sensors on garage door were malfunctioning and needed a fix sooner rather than later. Precision Door was able to stop by the same day I called which was greatly appreciated. I recently had a new garage door opener installed by a technician by the name of Paul. He was the most professional workman I have ever had to work in my home. Paul arrived early to perform the installation, he explained everything he was doing in a very professional manner. He explained the new controls and their operation until I was completely satisfied. Paul removed all the old workings of the previous garage door to my satisfaction. The new unit installed was replacing one that was over twenty years old. New unit has more safety features and also has wifi and an app to control the door from my phone, I'm very satisfied with my total overall experience with Precision Garage Door Company. Five stars because of the following; 1. a human being answered the initial call 2. They were polite and helpful 3. I was able to book an appointment the next day as opposed to next week or next month. 4. The mechanic called to let me know when he was on his way and his estimate time of arrival. 5. The mechanic checked out the problem and determined it wasn't a simple fix and explained and demonstrated it. 6. Mechanic gave me 2 repair estimates in writing.
