My 20+ year old garage door motor was acting up. Brittany took my call, and pleasantly and quickly scheduled me for a same-day appointment. John called ahead, arrived on time and was ready to work. He inspected the old unit, gave me options, and professionally installed the new motor. After cleaning up the area, he gave me a great tutorial on operation and programming. John was friendly, pleasant, well spoken, and professional. He knows a thing or two about hot cocoa, too! Highly recommend.

We had very positive experience with everyone at Precision. From the original phone call (Shea?) to our service man Paul. Our garage door broke Friday evening. We called the 24/7 line and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. Paul arrived, assessed the problem, gave us a quote and quickly and efficiently made the repair. I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great! Al was very professional and kind - he explained everything perfectly! After the installation - he explained the remotes and keypad. It was a great experience! Thank you Al for doing such a great job and so quickly! I'm glad I contacted Precision Garage Door - will refer to my friends! Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!

I called early on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t open the door due to a broken spring. The repairman arrived earlier than expected and everything was fixed before mid afternoon. Cost was more than what I was expecting after googling average repair costs, but overall I was pleased with the results and very happy with the speed of the repair.

Contacted Precision Door mainly because of the great number of positive reviews. Quality work is important to me. After contacting them I was advised a tech would be sent out within hours, which I was vert happy to hear. Gentleman arrived within the time frame I was told he would be here, he was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and gave recommendation for a replacement opener. He started the installation immediately and I was very happy with his quality of work. After installation he took the time to walk me through all the new items this new door opened had .Very happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Would definitely use this company again.

Came home from work and spring broke in garage door. Seen precision was highly recommended in neighborhood group so tried them out. Super happy I did. Was out to house in less than a hour. Greg Carden was our tech. Found the problem and took his time to explain the options for repair. We went with full over haul and a new opener since things were older. He had everything changed out and running in about hour and half. Price was great for everything and Greg took time to explain and program everything. Highly recommend

Al and Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Al’s knowledge and honesty saved me a considerable amount of money. I thought I needed a new lift spring, but Al explained all I needed was a lift arm. Days later I discovered that I had locked myself out of the garage because my remote was not working. Al offered to help me open the door and went on to program the remote for me, all at no extra charge. I highly recommend Al and Precision Garage Door for both their expertise as well as their integrity. Great service after the sale!
