I called because I could not get my door open manually even when I deactivated the electronic opener. No sooner had a hung up from making the appointment but my technician called to say he was on the way already. Nick was very polite and explained everything to me. I felt the pricing was very fair.

Ashley answered promptly and was friendly and helpful. She had Technician John out within 2 hours and he pre-called to let us know he was coming. John worked steadily and knew exactly how to replace my decrepit "Genie" opener. He was polite and professional and got the new opener up and working correctly and paired with my cars. Hopefully I am done installing openers but will be calling precision for any future needs.

Our technician Nick was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled time was between 4-6 and Nick a called and said he was running early and would be coming sooner. He looked at our garage door and let us know what it would cost to repair it. Work was done in a timely manner and the door works great now. Would recommend this company.

He inspected the old unit, gave me options, and professionally installed the new motor. After cleaning up the area, he gave me a great tutorial on operation and programming. I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great! Al was very professional and kind - he explained everything perfectly! After the installation - he explained the remotes and keypad. It was a great experience! Thank you Al for doing such a great job and so quickly! I'm glad I contacted Precision Garage Door - will refer to my friends! Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!

I called early on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t open the door due to a broken spring. The repairman arrived earlier than expected and everything was fixed before mid afternoon. Cost was more than what I was expecting after googling average repair costs, but overall I was pleased with the results and very happy with the speed of the repair.
