I was glad Precision was able to service my garage door on a Sunday. The torsion spring broke Saturday night and I didn't want to have to miss work on Monday. Tom arrived on time (after calling to say he was on his way!). He was very professional and explained all of my options. After I gave him the go-ahead he got right to work and completed the 'rebuild' in just over an hour. Other than the unexpected expense of the repair (a bit on the expensive side!) I had no complaints about the quality of the technician (Tom) or the work performed.

I was well pleased with the timely response and the work done by Brad Buzzelli. He was courteous and professional. When I mentioned the cost to other people who have had their springs replaced, they thought it seemed high. I left a message for Jim Boland to call me, but never heard from him. Perhaps there is a reason, but, without communication, I am not sure what it is.
Ms Stromberg and i were finally able to speak the day she wrote this review. She expressed some concern regarding the cost of our service as compared to other people she spoke to regarding the price they paid for similar work. We talked about the quality of parts, service and warranties and she quickly understood that comparisons cannot be made solely on price. She expressed her satifaction with my explanation and remains a very satisfied customer.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision, service technician Brad in particular. I needed a new garage door to replace the one that was installed over 50 years ago. Brad very efficiently installed the new door and minimized the gap where the cement had settled and was uneven. The door looks beautiful and works well with the opener that we already had. He took away the old door and left everything nice and clean. Thank you!

Our experiences with Precision Door have been great. Brad was our technician both times and did a great job replacing the springs on one door and installing a new opener on another. When my mother-in-law(80 years old)was looking for a new garage door, we went to the internet, and were sold on Percision based on the positive feedback! We weren't disappointed! Al, the intaller, met with my mother-in-law and myself and was professional and imformative. He knew what he was talking about.From the appointment call to finish of install, only took 4 days.
