The emergency situation of a broken torsion spring and the late Friday availability prompted my scheduling an appointment with Precision. The fact that I was able to speak with your office administrator, Jennifer, and not just a phone service was helpful in discussing my non-accessible garage situation. Jennifer was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. John Franks, the service technician, provided a courtesy call informing that he was able to come a little earlier which was fine with me. John arrived promptly at the scheduled time. John was found to be extremely knowledgeable regarding our current, 70+ year old garage door and torsion spring situation, plus was found to be very courteous and respectful in discussing our situation with respect to repairing the door versus a new door. We weighed both options and concluded to go with a new door. John did not pressure us to purchase a new door but was rather helpful in showing us the benefits and aesthetics of a new C.H.I door. We went ahead and inked a deal for a new door. We look forward to the installation and the curb appeal transformation the door will provide to our home. Kudos to the Precision team!

John, Was very pleasant and was very professional when inspecting my garage door to discover what was the issue. Always checked in with me before proceeding with any procedure to resolve the issue. At the close he presented to me options that were available to make this issue would not happen again. I appreciated this because he left it up to me to decide what to do...applied not sales pressure. When he informed me the garage door opener was not powerful enough for the wooden garage doors original to the house to left then I knew what I had to be done. When I replaced the garage door opener last year the company that installed it did not inform me of the power that was needed to raise the garage door. Our garage door broke (spring) late Friday night 12-28-2018. I could not open it by hand. Called Saturday morning at about 9:45 am. By 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon the door was repaired. The technician that came out was John Gilles, we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. During our conversation, I had asked about garage door openers. When he gave me the paperwork for the work he did he also gave me information on the openers that Precision recommends and took the time to explain the difference between them.
