Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. Our tech, John Franks, was super polite and courteous. He was right on time and repairs the door within an hour. We highly recommend Precision Door and Thank you for the top notch service.

Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future. Glad they were able to accommodate on the weekend after I accidentally damaged one of the door tracks and could not close the garage door. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

You guys came through for me again. I don't remember the tech's name but we was helpful, professional and called to see if he could come earlier than originally planned. The door itself is shot and needs to be replaced so he took measurements and I said that come spring I'll be looking to you guys to install a new door.

John Franks replaced the gasket on the bottom of my garage door, checked the operation of the door and opener, and lubricated the door. I was concerned about mice entering my garage around the ends of the old gasket. He performed the work in a very professional manner and gave me a lot of good information about maintaining the door. I really appreciated John giving a call to let me know he was on the way to my house.

I was a little uncertain about the whole process, and Precision was the first I encountered on the net. Also, I had received a coupon in the mail. William was knowledgeable, and seems to have done just what I needed today. My old opener had probably been damaged by an electrical surge; at any rate, it had quit working completely, even after I changed the capacitor. It was great to get it done in one day, and I couldn't have done the job myself.

I called Precision, a referral from my brother, after the spring on my garage door broke. My info was taken down in detail and I was given a time frame for service, which was very quick. Rep "John" came and did an excellent job in repairing my door, added new cables too, and explained everything he was doing, and why. He was very polite, efficient, considerate and informative. Garage Door cable came off and tracks were a little bent. I’m glad that these guys are open on Sundays. Called them, got an appointment and Anthony was out with in 30 mins. Anthony did a good job.

(The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring.
