Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? How about you return my $1000 deposit and I’ll go shopping elsewhere!

From our phone call interaction with Cameron who set up our appointment quickly and efficiently, to Zoran, our technician, who was on time, professional, and very friendly, to the image the company portrays with their vehicles; everything went smoothly and well. Called another Garage door company on Saturday to repair a broken Spring. The employee told me there would be a $350 extra charge to come out on the weekend and/or after hours. He said I could call on Monday morning at 8 AM to schedule service, but there was no guarantee they could come out on the same day because Monday's "are really busy". Sunday morning I searched the internet for another company and found Precision. Weekend and Evening appointments at no extra charge!! I called and the excellent receptionist scheduled me for service to arrive in less than 3 hours. My technician, Bill Adamini, was polite, professional, and did the job correctly, at a reasonable price! With so many bad experiences with sub-par businesses, it was refreshing to see a company like Precision. Many thanks and keep up the good work!! All companies should operate like yours!!
