I will definitely use this company again. The first thing that really impressed me was the same day service. The second thing is the email I received telling me the name of the technician along with a link so I could see his face and read his bio. John was great. He was thorough, complete, efficient, and totally professional. He corrected the initial problem and them pointed out one safety issue (raveling cable) and explained the reason for the noise (new rollers would eliminate). Installation was quick. Door works great. Thank you

Paul the technician was early thank you for that and did a superb job on the repair. I was able to get to work on time. Paul was friendly, courteous and knew his stuff. My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!

From my first call reaching out for service through to the completion of the service work I experienced what was the most professional kind courteous service. Well beyond my expectations. My call was taken after hours & an appt. set up the next morning. MY TECHNICIAN Paul WAS IN MY DRIVEWAY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME!! *Unbelievable in this day & age!! My experience with Precision Garage Doors has been stellar. From installation of a new garage door, to a recent broken spring, the service is quick and professional. Paul Broschk was my technician, and he was fantastic! He helped me out twice, first helping me get into my garage that wouldn’t open and he came out again the following weekend (in the middle of a blizzard) to rebuild my garage door system. Paul called ahead and arrived earlier than was scheduled. Very professional and explained the differences in the openers and their warranties. He was concerned about not hurting my motorcycle in the garage and kept me appraised of his progress. New opener works quietly and smoothly. After making calls twice to the company that installed our last opener 16 yrs ago and not hearing back before they closed to set up an appointment with called Precision. They were kind, courteous and set up an appointment for the very next afternoon. Bill, the technician, called and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes and was very timely. He figured out the issue right away and strongly suggested replacing. He was done within an hour with installation. Showed me all the in and outs and helped program everything. I told him we had a coupon and he offered us a better one and even checked over garage door and oiled it. He made sure my husband and I had no questions before leaving and promised if we need anything in future to call they will be out ASAP. Highly recommend the company.”

Precision is always quick to get to my house when I have an issue. I’ve required a second visit from the tech to tweak something a couple of times. He comes promptly and addresses the issue. No complaints.
