This was a follow up service call. I chose not to repair the rollers on the first call, but when they eventually went bad, Brad offered to make the repair at a reduced cost. The materials are obviously higher quality than the original door parts. Overall, very satisfied.

Brad the gent who initially installed my door was courteous and punctual. Jim got involved when the paint on my door started chipping without even going through one winter. He assured me he would take care of and did, by installing a new door. Then I had issues with the inside of the door holding water from the uncalked window panes. When opened it would leak from every screw hole on our heads. Again, Jim displayed such patience and excellent customer service throughout this ordeal. Jim is an anomaly. I would be honored to hire such a man of character and integrity. I would definitely give Precision Door a 5 star rating, not for quality but for service which separates the great companies from the average. Well done!

When we called the person we talked to on the phone gave us an arrivale time 2pm 4pm. Brad arrived almost 45 min early. to us that was great. He came to the door and idenified him self. Asked question on what was wrong with the opener. Verbally trouble shooting the problem. It took him a short time to find the problem. He fixed it quickly and even talked to me about preventive mantaines for the opener. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything he did and why. January 21, 2010, neither of the doors on my detached garage would open. Al Fleming arrived at 12:45, diagnosed the problems,quoted me a cost figure,left to get the needed parts, returned and completed the work in an hour. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and did exactly what he said he would. He's a gem!
