Brad Buzzelli put an end to that and, after 10 years, we're confident we've put an end to our spring problem. I would rate a 5, however it did take two trips for my garage to get fixed. Al, reset my number key pad but it does not work. But my garage door is working properly with the remotes. I am pleased with the service he gave!!!

My garage door broke so I Googled garage door repair, I found Precision, they have a great website and offer a lifetime warranty so I called them. My springs and cables were broke and the technician called me and told me he was on his way. I was surprised he was on time and very polite. He fixed the problem and gave me a lifetime warranty. I will always call Precision with my garage door needs and recommend them to my friends!

I randomly chose Precision from the yellow pages because of their BBB member status. From the initial phone call to the completion of service the experience was excellent. The woman I spoke to explained that weekend service was not an additional charge and asked for the promotional, cost saving code, from the advertisement without my having to ask. The service technician, Brian, showed up on time, was professionally dressed (shirt with logo),introduced himself, and was courteous throughout the repair. He explained three repair options, with corresponding costs, and allowed me to decide without pressure. He proceeded with the repair and was in and out within the time frame he had estimated. The repair was fairly straightforward without complications. Brian explained the warranty and how to contact the company in the event of further or future problems. All in all it was a very good experience. I would, and have, recommended Precision to my friends, and associates on my Condo Association"s Board of Managers. Even though we, as homeowners, do not like to have to repair such things as garage doors, thanks for a great experience nevertheless.

Jim Boland is a very customer oriented technician and he did an excellent job servicing my garage door. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did a complete check up, serviced the door and opener and replaced a hinge that I didn't even know was broken. We had a new garage door opener, new keypad, remotes and "eyes" installed. Our was very old, not of good quality and finally just died one afternoon. Precision was able to get here the following morning and called to verify the time. Brad arrived on time (even in a snow storm) and was very knowlegeable, professional, and kind. He explained everything prior to starting the job and made some excellent recommendations- which we followed and had the rollers replaced. The opener is so quiet! I felt "well cared for" with Precision and Brad, would call on them again, and highly recommend them. A great job!

Contacting Precision was easy. I simply dialed the toll free number, and within a few minutes I had an appointment setup for someone to come give me an estimate that weekend. Very professional and courteous at all times. Product is of the highest quality (R 13 value for their insulated door). My door was installed within a few days, and I didn't even need to be there. Everything was done by the time I came home, instructions left, along with all the remotes and keyless entry. Brad did a SUPER job. With 24/7 service and a lifetime warranty, Precision can't be beat!
