We had a new garage door opener, new keypad, remotes and "eyes" installed. Our was very old, not of good quality and finally just died one afternoon. Precision was able to get here the following morning and called to verify the time. Brad arrived on time (even in a snow storm) and was very knowlegeable, professional, and kind. He explained everything prior to starting the job and made some excellent recommendations- which we followed and had the rollers replaced. The opener is so quiet! I felt "well cared for" with Precision and Brad, would call on them again, and highly recommend them. A great job!

Very professional and courteous at all times. Product is of the highest quality (R 13 value for their insulated door). My door was installed within a few days, and I didn't even need to be there.
