After a neighbor and i tried putting up my garage door months ago and it didn't go as planned so I called Precision and they sent out a tech. Zoran got here and quickly went to work professionally and fixed the problem , lesson learned , leave it to the pro's folks ! Thanks precision .

A spring on my garage door broke, and I called Precision, as they had been out at my house a year ago for another problem. Like the first time, they quickly scheduled an appointment, and this morning Bill Adamini (who, coincidentally, was the tech who serviced my garage door a year ago) arrived early and ready to work. Within 30 minutes, I was back in business. GREAT service by a great and friendly technician!

I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. I highly recommend Precision.

Found your excellent ad in the Yellow Pages. I never expected anyone would be able to visit our home on the same day I made the call. Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer. You have a great company, as a first time user I was very impressed, thank you!

Called on Monday morning around 8AM and the service man called at 9AM and was at our house by 9:30AM. GREAT service - replaced the broken springs, cleaned up and was out the door in an hour. Sorry, don't remember his name, but he was super friendly explained everything he was going to do, along with the charges that would be incurred to get our approval before starting. Highly recommend this company!!

Jim Boland was fantastic he replaced one section of the new garage door and he even made the precision garage door opener run quieter. He was neat and tidied up. Great job very informative and I have to admit all the the technicians that I have had were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Great from the install of opener, then the repair, and finally the brand new garage door. Even the gal who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. The technician arrived early due to a short first appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented the solution. He took less than an hour and cleaned up afterward. It was a good experience. I have used precision before.
