This was my 1st experience with Precision and now I won't utilize any other company for anything related to my garage door/opener, even though I have a home warranty. Zoran is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. He pointed out some subtle signs of things that had happened to the door prior to my owning the house, recommended a maintenance item I can easily do, and readily replaced both springs and rollers. I read the reviews on Precision prior to calling them, and I know why they're all so glowing - they've earned them.

I was very impressed with your company and your technician Paul. I was thrilled you were able to book my appointment for the next day and at a time where I did not have to miss work. It was nice to get an electronic email confirming my appointment and explaining how your company business operates and pictures of all your technicians. Paul was very pleasant and experienced and got the job done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my service.

Our door malfunctioned in the evening, essentially trapping one of our vehicles. We called a competitor who was unwilling to schedule an appointment because we weren’t a commercial/business account. We found Precision on the internet and, based on the reviews, called them. It was after 6pm. They answered! From the lady on the phone forward, the service was impeccable. Paul arrived as scheduled the next morning and fixed our garage door in under two hours. They exceeded my expectations, a rare occurrence these days!

Paul did an excellent job installing and setting up my new garage door opener. i called for what was initially in my mind a repair, but needed a new install. He also assisted in setting up the app and making certain everything was programmed and functioning. Excellent service and demeanor! The intake call I made to your office was also very professionally handled. Your company and in particular Paul went the extra mile. Thanks so much!
