Our door malfunctioned in the evening, essentially trapping one of our vehicles. We called a competitor who was unwilling to schedule an appointment because we weren’t a commercial/business account. We found Precision on the internet and, based on the reviews, called them. It was after 6pm. They answered! From the lady on the phone forward, the service was impeccable. Paul arrived as scheduled the next morning and fixed our garage door in under two hours. They exceeded my expectations, a rare occurrence these days!

After experiencing a mishap with our garage door late on a Saturday evening, I was amazed to call Precision Door at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and have a person answer the phone. He took my info, scheduled a service call for later that same day, and followed up with an e-mail confirming our appointment. The technician, Bill Adamini, showed up ahead of schedule and got our garage door repaired very quickly. Overall, a fantastic customer service experience. John G. arrived on time and immediately inspected my garage door to determine the problem. He kindly took the time to show me the deliberate damage that had been done to the door by the previous garage door repairman who had been at my home three days prior. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, and after agreeing for him to do the work he had the door working in less than thirty minutes. Again he took the time to make certain all was properly working to my satisfaction. If I have any problems in the future, I will use Precision again. When a new door is needed, they will install it.
