I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. I would gladly use and/or recommend Precision Door and John Franks again.

This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

Broken spring on garage door. Called Precision Garage Door and they sent out a repairman the same day. Installed two new springs. Price was less than we expected, and repair was quick. Great experience, and would recommend.

Precision installed my garage door opener 5 years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door last year. The Walnut garage door is the most beautiful one on the street, but yesterday my opener started to not work right. Today Jim came out and corrected the problem and it was fixed. Precision is the only one I will call for help on my garage door and opener. Great Job............

I had called Precision Door several years ago to fix a broken door spring. Bill Adamini was the tech, and he reviewed the situation, offered some options, and I elected to convert to a torsion system. Bill had everything needed on his truck, and completed the work in excellent fashion. So when I needed to replace the garage door opener, I called Precision again. I was pleased that Bill was assigned as the tech again. Today Bill arrived somewhat early (after calling), completed install rapidly and did his usual excellent job. Cleaned up all extraneous parts and materials and took away all packaging, old unit, everything not needed. New unit is very quiet, and has operated flawlessly to this point.

Our garage door broke. We called & was given a time range for a service tech to arrive same day. Our tech, Paul, arrived & provided a clear & detailed explanation of our issue & choices to remedy it. The work was completed in the indicated time frame. Paul showed us all of the repairs he made. He was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.

We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. Anthony was very professional and discussed my options to either repair or purchase a new door. I realize the door is very old and have had to make repairs in the past. He repaired the spring on my door at no charge which hopefully will keep working until the new door arrives. The amount of the repair was almost half of the new door and was the best practical option. He called ahead and asked if he could come earlier then my scheduled appointment which was great because I could not open the door and my car was stuck in the garage. Thanks

Exceptional service start to finish. Easy to make a convenient appointment. Technician Paul Broschk is fantastic. Polite, punctual, efficient, friendly and clear. Service performed as promised and Paul even cleaned the garage floor. Price was fair and included a generous package discount for preventative work that I authorized. Highly recommended - I will engage them for annual maintenance.
