This was a same day service! I booked online and Bill called almost immediately. He was prompt, professional and explained everything he did. Should there be another garage issue or if anyone asks for a referral, I will give your company name and tell them to ask for Bill! Really superb service, this is how I remember companies used to conduct business. Thanks so much.

John Gilles was great-- on time, explained everything to me, gave me options and made sure all my questions were answered. Not to mention they were able to come out to my house very quickly to get my garage door sorted. I had a new motor put in and John did it in no time and it's working great. I'll definitely call again if I have any future needs. Thanks!

We chose Precision Garage Door Repair because they have hours when we are available and they have great reviews. John was our technician, and he was outstanding! He repaired the openers as requested but also pointed out that one of our springs was broken, which puts undo strain on the motor. He replaced that and also educated us on garage door maintenance, information we had never before received from a garage door repair person. We are very glad we chose Precision and will used them again!

Problem solved. The technician seemed knowledgeable. I read your reviews online which made me feel confident about the choice. I was expecting the Torsion Spring you advertised but the technician said it was no longer available. The price seemed similar to other quotes I received.

Great experience... the technician quickly assessed the situation and explained the options (repair or replace). I decided on replacing the door and he was able to immediately provide an estimate. He got my door in operating condition again until the replacement door could be delivered and installed.

Paul was fantastic! Helped us repair and salvage two old wood doors I thought were dead. He put in extra work (fixing a bad job from a prior company) for no charge and saved us a bunch of money not needing new doors, saving a piece of history. 75+ year old doors running like new. Couldn’t be happier.

I called this morning and spoke to a real person. That’s alway a plus in my book. Booked an appointment for same day and the service person showed up on time (even a bit early). I got the courtesy call to advise he was on the way as I was promised. Punctual and very efficient. Took the time to educate me a bit on my old door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely call again when I need a repair or want to update the door.

Anthony came early and did a great job installing my new garage door opener. Later in the day, I unintentionally disabled the entire system while trying to link my car remote. I called and Anthony was able to talk me thru the steps to reactivate system and link car remote. Great service and great guy. Thanks again Anthony.
