Thank you for the opportunity to review your service.I required service on my garage door that your company installed 4 years ago.The telephone reception I recieved was efficient in setting the repair appointment and the receptionist was most courteous. Your technician, Brad, was right on time. He was knowledgable and courteous. After a very thorough assesment he identified the problem and repaired the door to my complete satisfaction.

When our double garage door broke, I didn't know who to call to fix it since my husband was out of town. I did an internet search and after considering a few companies I chose Precision. I'm glad I did! The service technician, Jeremiah, was friendly, professional and thorough. He called me at work and explained everything that was needed to get the door working again. Very fast availability, even for an after hours call. I needed service, called at 7am, and was able to get someone out the same day, after 6pm when I got home from work. Technician was professional, pleasant, and the repair was very fast.

We appreciated how quickly your company responded to our call. We called on a Saturday morning and got scheduled that same day for afternoon service. Even better, your tech was in our area when he got the notice, and he took the initiative to swing by that morning to take a look. He made a quick repair, which freed up the rest of our day. Although we were happy about the quick service, the real reason we're writing is because of how friendly and professional your tech was. We remember him from a year ago when he solved another garage door issue. Both times he demonstrated himself as proficient and good-humored. I met Jim Boland at the Lakewood home show. We set up an appointment and he arrived promptly at the time set. He looked at the door and suggested that only the bottom panel needed to be replace along with the wheels and a general servicing. Being retired, I greatly appreciated not having to replace the entire door! The honesty true customer focus was very refreshing.
