We appreciated how quickly your company responded to our call. We called on a Saturday morning and got scheduled that same day for afternoon service. Even better, your tech was in our area when he got the notice, and he took the initiative to swing by that morning to take a look. He made a quick repair, which freed up the rest of our day. Although we were happy about the quick service, the real reason we're writing is because of how friendly and professional your tech was. We remember him from a year ago when he solved another garage door issue. Both times he demonstrated himself as proficient and good-humored. Our paperwork lists his name as Brad, and we wanted to pass along that he makes a good impession for your company.

I met Jim Boland at the Lakewood home show. We set up an appointment and he arrived promptly at the time set. He looked at the door and suggested that only the bottom panel needed to be replace along with the wheels and a general servicing. Being retired, I greatly appreciated not having to replace the entire door! The honesty true customer focus was very refreshing.
