First of all I was able to get next day appointment. On day of appointment I was called and asked if they could come earlier, Yea! Ryan was very polite, easy to understand and thorough. The spring replacement included adjustments to my door that I did not know I needed. I no longer hear the wind howling through the door. Being able to see pictures and names of the technicians on line was a nice touch. Great experience!

Precision was able to come on the day I requested service. Our old garage door opener was about 12 to 15 years old and the circuit board went. Matt explained everything to us and we went with a LiftMaster garage door opener.

I was so please that Precision Door for a few reasons... 1) someone answer their phone when I called late Saturday afternoon. Calls to other companies were answered by answering services and was told someone would get back with me next day. 2) there was no extra charges for nights and weekends. 3) I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning. 4) The technician call Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way was very helpful. 5) The technician who called and serviced the door was refreshingly polite. What a great way to start one's day. He was very thorough with my choices of repair. The service was done quickly and no mess left behind. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. Selected Precision from Angie's List. New steel door installed in one day. Very lightweight and easy to lift. I have a very old garage that is slightly leaning. Precision came out again a few days later when I called to make adjustments. I found them very responsive and easy to deal with.

Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Tech did not leave an invoice, parts are much too expensive springs by 3 times, and the need for an additional part required [center bearing by 5 times] was not discussed in during appointment conversation. Tech Service rate fair and work satisfactory. I would not recommond them.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, "Eric Kirby", my service techincian, was extremely professional and kind. My wife and I were pleased dealing with him. However, I was a little sad that we had to pay over $700 to get my truck out and have our garage door repaired. Times are tough. But, I am grateful that Eric was able to repair our garage door quickly, and we could get our truck out. I believe that Eric repaired the door so that it will operate effectively for many years to come. My wife and I are tried of having to have the door be fixed by so many "local garge door companies" using poor, inexpensive parts which eventually break down.
