We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours. Afterwards, he expained everything to us. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. A very nice man. I would highly recommend him. Sincerly, Mike & Karen Miller

Matt called to let us know that he could arrive earlier than we were expecting him. He showed us the broken spring, and suggested that we might want to consider replacing the garage door, which is 60 years old and is extremely heavy (est. 400#). We chose to replace the springs. He worked very fast and efficiently. We are considering replacing the door. Matt was very courteous. We were happy with the service.

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

Anthony was our technician. I called precision door since my door just fell and was a scary experience. The lady said someone would be in within six hours. Anthony called me in about 30 minutes saying he was close by and could come right away. The confidence and professionalism with which he handled the whole situation, I was comfortable leaving while he did the work. He was considerate, sweet, professional and efficient. I would call precision door every time. Thanks Anthony!!!

Our garage door broke and we called Precision because we had previous experience with them. From the beginning, Zoran calling us to let us know he would be a little late due to traffic, to the end we are pleased with the service. Zoran very carefully explained our options and when we decided to purchase a new garage door, the process was smooth. Ryan came to our house at the appointed time and he did an excellent job of installing our new garage door and cleaning up. He was competent and cheerful while he was working and showed us how the new garage door controls worked. We would definitely give them 5 * and would recommend this company to others.

Bill was thoughtful enough to call and schedule an appt sooner than our original promise time. He did a great job fixing our problem in order for us to use our door until we could order a new one. He walked us through many options and we ordered that day.

Paul is an excellent and a very personable repairman. He came out twice, once on January 30 for my right garage door and again today for the left. He explained things well to me and was very understanding to my frustration.

Not only was the repairman able to fix my garage door on the very day I called but he arrived promptly at the time I was quoted calling me to let me know that he was on his way! My garage door now works which is fantastic in this freezing weather. The repairman promptly and correctly identified the problem and fixed my garage door. He was also kind enough to change the light for me in the opener which I could not reach!! Thank You so much!

I used Precision because of a special deal on Angie's list. The technician, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. His work was fast and efficient, and I plan to use your company again this year for repair of my second door. An extra star for Matt, since the temperature was in the teens.

Definitely a five star operation. Ryan took care of everything needed (sprocket assembly replacement) for the quoted price, and we are quite thankful for weekend service at a fair price. The only glitch was some miscommunication on the dispatch side. We were told that Ryan would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00PM, and that he would be calling us at 11:00. One o'clock came and went, and we still hadn't heard from or seen anyone from Precision. My wife called again at 1:00, Ryan called us at 1:20, and he made it to our house around 2:00PM. Everything was completed in under an hour. Not bad. Precision is now our Garage Door Service provider of choice. Great job!
