Matt called to let us know that he could arrive earlier than we were expecting him. He showed us the broken spring, and suggested that we might want to consider replacing the garage door, which is 60 years old and is extremely heavy (est. 400#). We chose to replace the springs. He worked very fast and efficiently. We are considering replacing the door. Matt was very courteous. We were happy with the service.

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

Anthony called me in about 30 minutes saying he was close by and could come right away. Our garage door broke and we called Precision because we had previous experience with them. From the beginning, Zoran calling us to let us know he would be a little late due to traffic, to the end we are pleased with the service. Zoran very carefully explained our options and when we decided to purchase a new garage door, the process was smooth. Ryan came to our house at the appointed time and he did an excellent job of installing our new garage door and cleaning up. Not only was the repairman able to fix my garage door on the very day I called but he arrived promptly at the time I was quoted calling me to let me know that he was on his way! My garage door now works which is fantastic in this freezing weather. The repairman promptly and correctly identified the problem and fixed my garage door. He was also kind enough to change the light for me in the opener which I could not reach!! Thank You so much!

I used Precision because of a special deal on Angie's list. The technician, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. His work was fast and efficient, and I plan to use your company again this year for repair of my second door. An extra star for Matt, since the temperature was in the teens.

Definitely a five star operation. Ryan took care of everything needed (sprocket assembly replacement) for the quoted price, and we are quite thankful for weekend service at a fair price. The only glitch was some miscommunication on the dispatch side. We were told that Ryan would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00PM, and that he would be calling us at 11:00. One o'clock came and went, and we still hadn't heard from or seen anyone from Precision. My wife called again at 1:00, Ryan called us at 1:20, and he made it to our house around 2:00PM. Everything was completed in under an hour. Not bad. Precision is now our Garage Door Service provider of choice. Great job!

I've had trouble with the garage door and opener a few times over the past year. I had another company perform those services, but I decided to try Precision Door this time. Paul thoroughly inspected the garage door and opener. His evaluation explained why I've been having trouble. A new, lighter weight door and a new opener have been ordered. It will be good to not worry about future door problems. Paul was friendly and personable. He's a good ambassador for Precision Door.
